Stuck in the mempool queue for the third time… To put it plainly, I’ve thrown my transaction into the “waiting room,” and miners/validators pick the ones with higher fees to board first—everything else just keeps waiting. During congestion, it gets even more exciting: the same transaction could be front-run by someone else, your transaction might get stuck due to nonce problems and then block everything after it, or you might just wait too long and end up with the transaction expiring/failing, wasting a bit of gas and adding even more traffic jams. Lately, people have been talking about modularization and the DA-layer narrative—developers seem pretty hyped, but as a user like me, I just want to ask: don’t make me cross chains, or send a transaction that feels like lining up for the Spring Festival travel rush… Anyway, I’ve gotten used to it now. I’d rather be slower and confirm a few more times than gamble on that “fast” promise.
