Are you truly passionate about trading? Or just addicted to gambling?

He said that in this life, you must do that one thing that truly excites you.

I thought about it, and for me, what truly excites me might be trading.

I started trading funds at 17, and at 19 I jumped into the US stock market.
Back then, the market was a new world to me; behind every candlestick was a real human struggle,
I would stay up late, research, and couldn’t sleep all night after making a correct judgment.
And I worked hard to get certifications and wanted to enter the financial industry.

But when I finally worked at a financial institution, everything changed:

Maybe I don’t love it that much, I’m just addicted to gambling.

After turning it into a profession: I discovered a pattern—when trading, I watch the charts, analyze, and research;
but once I’m not trading, sometimes I don’t even want to open my phone to check the market.

If something really excites me, why do I completely lose interest in it when I’m “not betting”?

But if it doesn’t excite me enough, why have I persisted for so many years?

I still haven’t figured out this contradiction. #分享美股交易赢英伟达股票
