Actually, everyone understands that badges and points are all about your time and attention.

But I still got the itch to browse social mining for two days recently, opening replies whenever my phone rang,
and upon review: my account gained a shiny new identity, my wallet didn't change much, but my emotions were pulled along...
To put it simply, "attention is mining" sounds pretty cool, but often what you mine is anxiety.
Now I set a rule for myself: only do interactions that are easy to complete, stop if it takes more than 10 minutes,
prefer missing out on airdrops rather than draining my daily energy, and wait patiently for funds and emotions to flow back more steadily.
