We Have Seen This Before
$LINEA launched in Sept 2025 with huge hype as one of Ethereum's biggest airdrops.
It spiked to ~$0.046 on day one.
Then the selling started.
Today it trades near $0.002870. That is over 90% gone from the top.
When I look at $MEGA, I am seeing the same thing. Big hype, a short pop, and then a slow bleed once the attention moves on.
What Worries Me Next
There is a 250M token unlock coming on June 23. That is fresh supply entering a market that is already weak. To me that is more pressure, not less.
My Honest Take:
Hype was never a real reason to hold. What matters is unlock schedules and actual demand. $LINEA holders learned that the hard way, and I do not want to repeat the same mistake.
My Position:
I reduced my exposure early. For now I am simply watching how price reacts to the June unlock before I form any new view.
