📊 ONCHAIN UPDATE

🔴 US Bitcoin ETF experiences continued heavy capital outflows

The trading session on 29/5 marked a streak of 10 consecutive capital outflows from US Bitcoin ETFs, with the total value of funds leaving the market reaching nearly $3 billion since mid-May. Meanwhile, Ethereum ETFs also recorded 13 consecutive outflow sessions.

This is the strongest capital outflow from Bitcoin ETFs since BTC set its 2025 cycle peak, suggesting that institutions are still maintaining a cautious sentiment and there are no signs of a return to the market.

🔻 Onchain leverage continues to decline

The total borrowing volume across DeFi protocols fell from $26 billion to $25.5 billion over the past week, with most liquidity still concentrated in Aave.

This development reflects the defensive sentiment of onchain crypto investors and may also create short-term pressure for the DeFi project group as demand for leverage continues to weaken.
