Recently, RWA on-chain has become popular again, with many tutorials available, but what I really tend to read are the "disappointing" parts like redemption clauses. Frankly, the on-chain liquidity is sometimes just an illusion: you see the pool looks deep, but when everyone wants to exchange back to fiat or physical assets, the window period, limits, whitelist, and delayed settlement all come into play, and suddenly it's no longer "redeemable at any time."
Now, with staking unlocks and token unlock schedules being discussed daily, the selling pressure and anxiety are everywhere. What I worry about more is that when everyone gets emotional and tries to redeem, they find the rules are more rigid than a candlestick chart... Anyway, I’d rather earn a little less than bet on something that looks stable and hope others will give you the redemption. That’s it for now; after pouring cold water, I feel a bit more comfortable.
