Stop-loss really is like a breakup—if you drag it out and refuse to accept the loss, you’ll only sink deeper and deeper, and you’ll have to pay “mental interest” every day. I used to think about waiting a bit longer, hoping the market would bounce back before I left—but what I ended up waiting for was usually an even uglier candle. Later, I finally learned: if you’re wrong, accept the loss early, and sleep easy—it's better than anything.

In the past couple of days, the group has been churning out talk about stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and all kinds of “de-pegging” rumors. When emotions run hot, everyone starts imagining things, and I might get swept up in the panic too. After that, I simply unfollowed a few accounts that are especially good at scaring people; once I cooled down, I followed back one or two, keeping an eye on the trend without letting it take over my mind. Anyway, when the market is cold, staying alive is what matters most.
