#WLFI Trading Strategy Recommendations (2026.5)

1) Position sizing (The Iron Law)

- Total position ≤ 3% of total assets; each trade ≤ 1%.
- Use only idle funds; never borrow, use contracts, or pledge/collateralize WLFI.

2) Left-side phased accumulation (current price range: $0.06)

- First entry: $0.055–$0.065, 30% position size (test-and-learn).
- Second entry: $0.045–$0.05, 40% position size (add more on a deeper drop).
- Third entry: $0.035–$0.04, 30% position size (extreme low; do only once).
- Average price target: keep it within $0.05.

3) Right-side breakout (betting on a rebound)

- Entry: enter when price builds volume and holds above $0.075–$0.08, and when it is above the 20-day line.
- Conditions: BTC/ETH strengthen + USD1 coin issuance increases + no regulatory negative risks/news.

4) Take profit (lock in gains—don’t be greedy)

- First target: $0.09–$0.10 (strong resistance in the short term); reduce position by 50%.
- Second target: $0.12–$0.15 (a dense trapped-position zone); close out and exit completely.
- Extreme narrative top: $0.20–$0.25 (only possible with major positive news from Trump).

5) Stop loss (life-saving line—must be executed)

- Short term: if it breaks below $0.048 and does not recover within 24h, cut the position at full size.
- Medium term: if it breaks below $0.04, exit unconditionally.
- Black swan: negative news about Trump / SEC crackdown hard / USD1 de-peg; liquidate immediately.

Note: For speculative products like this—high narrative, high volatility, and high regulatory-risk—long-term “dead holding” is not recommended: if there is no tangible progress after more than 6 months, close out directly.

Investing involves risks; trade cautiously.
