Every year during tax season, I feel like rummaging through the fridge for breadcrumbs from six months ago… So now I don’t dare to slack off on transaction records: whether spot or derivatives/options, deposits and withdrawals, fees, and funding rates—just export a CSV file, upload one copy to the cloud and one to the hard drive each month, with the filename like “2026-05_SomeInstitution.” The on-chain part also screenshots the Tx hash to avoid reconciliation issues later, like solving a case.

Recently, social mining and fan tokens have become popular again. When attention is high, it gets even more chaotic. Honestly, what you think is mining is actually digging a pit for your future self: small airdrops and tips are the easiest to miss. For safety, I’m willing to spend an extra 10 minutes doing monthly archiving. It’s a bit troublesome, but it really reduces the collapse at the end of the year.
