PeckShield: Wasabi Protocol suspected of being compromised by an administrator's private key, resulting in cross-chain losses of approximately $5.5 million

Golden Finance reports that on April 30th, according to PeckShield monitoring, Wasabi Protocol allegedly experienced an administrator private key leak incident, resulting in approximately $5.5 million worth of assets being stolen across multiple chains including ETH, Base, Blast, and Bera. On-chain data shows that the attacker added a malicious address as a contract administrator through a single transaction. Wasabi Protocol previously posted on social media stating that they are aware of the issue, are investigating, and have warned users not to interact with their contracts at this time.
