Staring at perpetual contracts at night, the worst thing isn't the market moves quickly, but my own itchiness. I just saw a candlestick shoot up, almost wanted to chase it, but then I paused for 10 seconds and asked myself: Did I really get any new information, or was I just stimulated by that candlestick? Honestly, many times it's emotions driving the position, not the brain.

Recently, the upgrade/maintenance of that mainstream public chain has been quite annoying, everyone in the group is guessing whether the ecosystem projects will migrate, and I might get caught up in the hype. But thinking about it, whether to migrate or not is actually two different things from whether I should add to my position right now. Anyway, I placed a small order of 5 USDT to test the feel, and I'll wait for signals from funding rates and position changes. When emotions rise, I’ll go wash my face first. That’s it for now.
