Lately, I've been seeing a bunch of AI Agents claiming to handle fully automated on-chain interactions, and honestly, it's making me a bit anxious... It's not that I'm worried they're not smart enough, but that they'll be too "obedient." Initiating a transaction is fine, but the real risks are all those messy details before and after: what exactly am I authorizing before signing, whether the routing has been hijacked by strange intermediary pools, whether the slippage/expiration time is unreasonable, and whether the contract address has been impersonated by a fake with the same name. Not to mention now everyone is complaining about miners/validators taking too much, MEV causing unfair ordering—if I let the Agent try to front-run or get front-run, it will only do its best based on probability, but in the end, I’m the one who confirms with my reckless click and takes the blame. Anyway, my bottom line now is: large amounts are always confirmed manually, and the Agent can only help me monitor and calculate probabilities—don’t pretend to be brave for me.
