Ethereum Foundation Sold About 20,000 ETH in 2026 Under Treasury Policy
The Ethereum Foundation has sold about 20,000 ETH in 2026, raising more than $45 million under a treasury policy adopted in June 2025. In early April, the foundation sold 5,000 ETH for roughly $11 million in DAI and later sold 10,000 ETH OTC to Tom Lee’s Bitmine at an average price of $2,387. Arkham Intelligence data shows the foundation still holds about 92,500 ETH in its liquid treasury and 53,000 ETH staked.
