I just found out that World App released a pretty interesting update. Now you can send and receive cryptocurrencies directly within the chat, which is quite well thought out. In addition, the chat is encrypted, so you have privacy in transactions.
What caught my attention is that World App expanded its virtual accounts to 18 new countries, including the United States, Japan, and Singapore. And the best part is that USDC conversions have no fees. They also added Mini Apps to make the experience more complete.
They support over 100 tokens, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and even tokenized gold. If you're in Argentina, you can now make payments in the real world. And apparently, World App is preparing a (World Card) with support for Apple Pay that will arrive early next year.
Verified users can split payments in group chats and access rewards in USDC and WLD. Honestly, World App is moving quite quickly to integrate new features. Has anyone already tried it?
