Balancer hacker has exchanged 7,000 ETH for 204.7 BTC today
ME News update: On April 24 (UTC+8), according to Yu Jin, the hacker who stole approximately $98 million worth of assets from Balancer last November has recently begun converting some ETH into BTC via the cross-chain protocol THORChain. Today, the hacker has already exchanged 7,000 ETH for 204.7 BTC (about $15.88 million), and the related activity is still ongoing. Currently, the hacker still holds 15,000 ETH (about $34.65 million) on the Ethereum chain and 204.7 BTC (about $15.88 million) on the Bitcoin chain. (Source: PANews)
