ME News: On April 12 (UTC+8), Zach Witkoff, co-founder of World Liberty Financial, published a post refuting Peter Girnus’s allegations, saying the content is seriously inconsistent with the facts and that there is no relationship between the two sides. Zach Witkoff emphasized that WLF has no involvement with entities such as Trump Meme coin(s) and CIC Digital, that the project’s main product is a stablecoin rather than a Meme coin, and that it does not profit from trading fees. He said that WLFI’s current price is $0.08, which is still higher than the early cost range of $0.015 to $0.05, and that its stablecoin market capitalization ranks second among similar products that meet Genius standards.
