Resolv Labs upgrades the contract to destroy the 36.73 million USR held by hackers.
ME News message — April 6 (UTC+8). According to on-chain analyst Yu Yan’s monitoring, about an hour ago, Resolv Labs destroyed 36.73 million USR tokens held by hackers through a contract upgrade. The hackers used a minting vulnerability to mint 80 million USR without collateral, of which about 34 million USR were sold by the hackers in exchange for 11,409 ETH ($24.48 million), stored at address 0x8ED…81C. In addition, about 46 million USR were destroyed by the Resolv project team from the hacker addresses through a contract upgrade.
