ME News Report, April 12 (UTC+8), crypto investment firm Paradigm, with an asset management size of approximately $12 billion, co-founder and CEO Matt Huang stated that Generation Z employees “sometimes create a lot of chaos, which can be maddening,” but the creativity and technological breakthroughs they bring are equally astonishing, keeping him firmly committed to investing in young talent. He revealed that MIT dropout Charlie Noyes joined the company at just 19 years old but later played a key role in MEV research and Flashbots investments, helping to make the infrastructure an important part of the Ethereum ecosystem. Matt Huang described Paradigm’s team as “like running the X-Men Academy,” noting that although young employees are full of uncertainty, their technical skills and innovation speed often “far surpass traditional practitioners.” (Source: ODaily)
