ME News Report, April 12 (UTC+8): Matt Huang, co-founder and CEO of crypto investment firm Paradigm, with an asset management scale of approximately $12 billion, said that Generation Z employees “sometimes create a lot of chaos, driving you absolutely crazy.” But the creativity and technological breakthroughs they bring are equally astonishing, so he remains steadfast in betting on young talent. He revealed that MIT dropout Charlie Noyes joined the company at just 19 years old, but later went on to play a key role in MEV research and investments in Flashbots, helping this infrastructure become an important part of the Ethereum ecosystem. Matt Huang likened Paradigm’s team to “running X-Men Academy,” noting that despite the uncertainty among younger employees, their technical abilities and pace of innovation often “far exceed those of traditional practitioners.” (Source: ODAILY)
