Fake Ledger Live app removed from Apple App Store

ME News Report, April 16 (UTC+8), Apple has confirmed that after an on-chain investigation showed that over 50 victims had lost a total of $9.5 million in cryptocurrency within a week, the company has removed a fraudulent app impersonating Ledger Live, which was a self-custody wallet, from the App Store. Previously, on-chain detective ZachXBT revealed that this counterfeit Ledger Live app was listed between April 7 and April 13, 2026.
