Interesting discovery: Etherscan, one of the main blockchain explorers in the Ethereum ecosystem, surprisingly still has vacant ad spaces.
When I refreshed the page some time ago, I noticed certain ad slots were blank. Today, when I checked the same positions, they were occupied by gambling ads. This reflects two phenomena: first, the commercialization process of on-chain infrastructure is still ongoing; second, there are obvious content differences for users in different regions (possibly related to IP addresses).
This change may also imply that the monetization exploration of Ethereum ecosystem tools is still in progress.
