The @idOS_network identity system puts the responsibility for proving claims directly on users. All the heavy lifting for verification happens in environments that users fully control, rather than on some central server. Platforms just get the final cryptographic results.

With this setup, identity isn't something that's centrally managed or controlled. Users have complete freedom to choose when and under what circumstances they'll create a proof.
