When you notice that the people around you, or some celebrities on social media, are simultaneously recommending a certain coin, you should be on high alert. This usually means that the chips have already been dispersed, and too many retail investors are entering the market. Once the market reverses and emotions collapse, you may not even have a chance to retreat.
For example, why do I rarely recommend specific altcoins in public? The reason is simple: once I mention them, many people will follow suit and buy. And as long as there are too many retail investors and the chips are dispersed, the main funds won’t easily help you make money together. They often create panic first, trigger stop losses, and clear out the floating chips—only after washing out most of the people will they slowly pump the price.
It's like there are too many people in the vehicle. It's fine if a few people get on; the vehicle can operate normally. But if hundreds or thousands of people all jump on at once, the main force has to consider cost and pressure. They can't carry a bunch of people hanging on the doors and roof while trying to climb a hill, so they inevitably have to drop a group of people off first.
This also explains another phenomenon: why I rarely publicly talk about specific entry and exit points now? Because there are now more people paying attention, if everyone places their orders at the same position, the major players will not be so "kind" as to give you the opportunity. They might first create some volatility to shake you out, and then operate at their own pace.
So the real core is not "where can you get in", but "can you dare to enter when others are in a panic, and understand when to exit when others are greedy."
Reverse thinking does not mean blindly doing things in the opposite way, but rather understanding the true intentions and operational rhythm of the main force. The main force never acts blindly; instead, it targets areas with a large number of people and strong consensus. The more you crowd with the majority, the more likely you are to be treated as a retail investor who is taking the fall.
