The crypto market has yet to recover from last Friday's big dump and has now arrived at Black Friday! Concerns over US credit have spread to the European market, with bank stocks falling 2.8%, and US stock futures continuing to decline. The crypto market suddenly saw a price drop at 3 PM Taiwan time, with Bitcoin (BTC) breaking below 105K, and Ether (ETH) also dropping from above 3,900 to 3,700 USD. The crypto world is once again in a bloodbath, with as much as 500 million USD in positions liquidated within just 4 hours.
Bitcoin ETF continues to see outflows, BlackRock sells BTC?
Bitcoin ETF continues to experience outflows, with a total outflow of 540 million USD for the entire ETF on 10/16.
According to on-chain data quoted by @CryptoNobler, asset giant BlackRock has just sold 9,000 Bitcoins, worth about one billion dollars. This has been repeatedly shared in the community, causing panic among the community.
BTC falls below 105K, ETH drops to 3,700 USD
Bitcoin (BTC) has been on a downward trend since above 109K, breaking below 105K, while Ether (ETH) has also dropped from above 3,900 to 3,700 USD. The crypto market is once again in turmoil, with up to 500 million USD in positions being closed within just 4 hours, and a total of up to 1.19 billion USD liquidated over 24 hours.
The total market value of the crypto market has evaporated by another 6%, and the fear and greed index has fallen back to a very low level of 28.
