$BTC is starting to break out of its falling wedge.
What caught my attention is that similar structures appeared around the end of the 2013, 2017 and 2021 cycles.
Those breakouts were followed by major moves higher, although the pattern itself doesn’t guarantee the same outcome every time.
Now we’re seeing a similar setup in 2026.
Could this be another cycle turning point?
History doesn’t repeat perfectly, but sometimes the similarities are hard to ignore. 👀

With so many bearish factors and BTC holding up without falling, has it bottomed out, or is it just being artificially propped up? The Federal Reserve raised interest rates, and the dot plot hinted at another hike this year. Waller’s remarks were hawkish, sending the U.S. dollar and Treasury yields higher. The CLARITY Act stalled, ETFs saw large outflows, and Strategy has also started selling its coins.
Following the usual script, after this one-two punch, even if BTC didn’t crash, it should at least be heading toward the $70,000 area.

Lately, I’ve increasingly felt that
what this war has truly changed
may not be just oil prices.
In the past, whether a country had energy security
was measured by whether it had oil underground.
In the future, it may also depend on:
whether the country can continue to function normally after moving beyond oil.
If a war
can cause a country that imports tens of millions of barrels of crude oil every day
to suddenly reduce imports by several million barrels,
without bringing its economy to a standstill,
then electrification is no longer merely industrial upgrading.
It begins to become a kind of—
geopolitical defense capability.
And what countries will truly compete for in the next round
may not be just:
who controls the oil fields.
But rather—
who controls the ability to “move beyond the oil fields.”

So, is the iPhone not safe either now? As someone who doesn’t know much about cybersecurity, the only thing I’ve stuck to over the years is using an iPhone exclusively for exchange apps and wallets; I never trade on a computer. Just asking because I don’t know: If I don’t use wallets or anything and just keep my money on exchanges and brokerages, with Google Authenticator enabled on all of them, there shouldn’t be much of a problem, right?

At $2,640 for ETH, would you still dare to chase?
First, look at the surface: a big bullish candle, drawing buyers from far and wide.
It rose 1.1% over the past 24 hours and surged 6.7% on Friday alone, with the price climbing from around 2,440 to 2,640 on heavy volume. Market cap surpassed the $300 billion level, while trading volume expanded significantly. The candlestick chart tells you: the price is well above the 50-day moving average at 2,257 and the 200-day moving average at 2,073, with the moving averages in a bullish alignment—a textbook uptrend.
First point: The SEC dropped a “nuclear bomb,” but 99% of people didn’t understand it
The U.S. SEC launched a five-year “innovation exemption” pilot, allowing tokenized NMS stocks to be traded through Ethereum smart contracts—synthetic assets are prohibited.
U.S. stocks can now be traded on-chain through Ethereum. This isn’t just a concept; it’s a compliance pilot approved by the SEC.
This is an “identity upgrade” for ETH. From the king of altcoins to compliant financial infrastructure
Second point: The macro environment is dragging things down, but the market chose to “buy certainty”
On September 16, the FOMC raised interest rates by 25 basis points, bringing the rate to 3.75%-4.00%, the first hike since July 2023. The dot plot was hawkish, with 2026 PCE inflation projected at 3.7%, and another rate hike possible before year-end.
According to the old script, rate hikes = a crash in risk assets, and BTC should have collapsed first.
But what actually happened?
BTC fell first, then quickly recovered its losses and broke directly above 80k. ETH followed, producing a big bullish candle on Friday.
The macro environment is a headwind, but the narrative is a tailwind. When the wind is strong enough, even a headwind can lift you off the ground.
Third point: On-chain data is telling an “old but always accurate” story
Staked ETH accounts for approximately 35% of the supply, while the exit queue is nearly zero—nobody wants to sell
On-chain fees have fallen to an average of $0.095, with significant traffic diverted to L2s, so the mainnet is no longer congested
The Glamsterdam upgrade will enter public testing on October 6, focusing on parallel execution and ePBS
Stablecoins account for a high share of market cap, and most RWA tokenization projects choose ETH
ETH is shifting from a “coin used for speculation” to a “coin that is used.” The more people use it, the stronger its price floor becomes.
On one side:
SEC tokenization pilot, upgrading ETH into a compliant settlement layer
ETF daily inflows of $144 million, opening the institutional channel
35% staked and locked, with an exit queue of zero
Bullish moving-average alignment, with both the 50-day and 200-day averages below the price
On the other side:
The Fed is hawkish, and another rate hike may come this year
RSI above 70, overbought in the short term
Positive funding rates, with crowded longs
Thin weekend liquidity and a high risk of a false breakout
Resistance above: 2660-2686 (recent high + psychological level) → 2746 → 2800 → 3000
Support below: 2600 (round number + breakout retest) → 2586-2590 → 2540-2550 → 2500 (psychological level) → 2430-2450 (Friday’s launch point and strong demand zone)
A confirmed daily close below 2500 or 2430 would weaken the short-term structure.
Trading strategy
Conservative long:
Wait for a pullback into the 2580-2605 area and cautiously enter a small long position. Set a stop-loss below 2550 or at 2530. The first target is 2680-2700, and the second target is 2740-2760. Take half off at the target, and keep the remainder to see whether it can hold above 2700.
If it directly breaks above 2665-2680 on heavy volume and holds, a small portion can be chased, with a stop-loss below 2640 after reclaiming it.
Short-term/swing:
Wait for a pullback on the 4-hour timeframe, or for a clear rejection wick, before considering an entry. If it falls below 2580 and rebounds weakly, a small short can be taken in the short term to target a pullback to 2500-2540.
Medium-term view:
If support at 2600 holds and ETF net inflows continue, the next target is 2800-3000. If the macro environment tightens further or ETFs see another major outflow, ETH could return to 2500 or even 2430 to rebuild a base.
Do not use your entire position; keep some ammunition for confirmation from the October upgrade testing or continued ETF inflows.
ETH has never risen because of calls to buy; it rises because “more and more people are using it.”
You hesitated as it climbed from 2440 to 2640. When it stands above 3000, will you slap your thigh again in regret?

Would you dare chase BTC at $81,250?
Look at the surface first: bearish factors are piling up, but the price is rising instead of falling.
On September 16, the Fed hiked rates by 25 bps for the first time in three years, the Bank of Japan hiked rates at the same time, and progress on the CLARITY Act failed. By the script, BTC should have crashed. But it only fell to 75000 before slamming on the brakes, then reversed in a V-shape, liquidating $300 million in shorts over four hours and surging all the way to 81700, a new high since September 7. It is now hovering around 81250 over the weekend in a narrow range with small bodies, looking exactly like the calm before the storm.
First: The rate hike amounted to nothing, and the market voted with its feet
The first rate hike in three years, with the Bank of Japan joining in, resulted in BTC bouncing from 75000 to 81700. Why?
Because once the bearish news is priced in, it becomes bullish. The market had already priced in the rate hike. When it actually happened, the bears instead became fuel. $300 million in liquidations occurred over four hours, the vast majority of them shorts—those betting that “a rate hike means an inevitable crash” were carried by institutions straight into liquidation.
Second: ETF inflows are back, and this is real money
On September 18, US spot BTC ETFs saw net inflows of $433 million. Fidelity alone contributed $311 million, while BlackRock contributed $108 million. There was another $159 million on the 17th. The heavy outflows from the previous two days were bought back within two days.
Institutions are not “temporarily buying the dip”; they are continuously building positions
Cumulative ETF net inflows have exceeded $55 billion, with total AUM at approximately $102 billion
The BTC purchased by spot ETFs will not return to market circulation anytime soon
Third: The candlesticks have produced a “textbook reversal”
The daily chart formed a V-shaped reversal from the strong 75000-76000 support zone—an area where the previous low and the 38.2% Fibonacci level converge. A large-volume bullish candle broke through 80000, reclaiming the 20-day, 50-day, and 200-day moving averages in one move; the 50-day MA crossed above the 200-day MA, forming a golden cross.
Daily RSI is 64, not overbought. The four-hour Supertrend has turned bullish, with support moving up to 78600-79000.
Resistance: 81700-82000 (recent high + dense liquidation zone) → 82500-83000 (only a sustained hold counts as a genuine breakout)
Support: 80800-81000 (lower boundary of the range) → 80000 (psychological level) → 78500-79000 → 76500-77000
In one sentence: 82000 is the line between life and death, while 80000 is the bottom line. If 80000 breaks, this rebound is just a bull trap.
Bulls versus bears—you be the judge
On one side:
The rate hike has landed, bearish news is exhausted, and shorts have been bloodily flushed out to the tune of $300 million
ETF inflows reached $433 million in a single day, with ferocious institutional buying
The daily golden cross and recovery of the 200-day moving average have turned the technical picture bullish
SOPR has returned above 1.00, with profit-taking fully absorbed by buyers
On the other side:
The DXY dollar index is at a high level of 100.22, suppressing risk assets
Oil prices are at 99-107, inflation concerns have not disappeared, and the 10-year US Treasury yield is 4.9-5%
Funding rates are +0.010%, with longs slightly crowded
Weekend liquidity is thin; if ETF flows reverse on Monday, a pullback could come at any time
Trading strategy
Short-term traders:
Test a long with a small position around the current price of 81250, targeting 82500-83000, with a stop-loss below 80800. More conservative traders can wait for a pullback to 80800-81000 to stabilize before adding, or wait for a high-volume breakout above 82000 before chasing. If 80000 breaks and the rebound is weak, take a small short position targeting 78500.
Swing traders:
Wait for the daily close to hold above 83000 before taking a heavy position, targeting 88000-90000, with a stop-loss at 80000.
Long-term believers:
Make staggered purchases between 70000-80000. After a 35% pullback from the 126000 high, hold for 6-12 months, betting on the rate-hike cycle peaking and institutions continuing to accumulate. First target: 100000.
You were afraid of rate hikes, afraid of regulation, and afraid of ETF outflows. Now ETF inflows are back, shorts are being liquidated, and the technicals have formed a golden cross, yet you are still afraid.
So when exactly will you dare to buy?
You did not run when BTC fell from 126000 to 75000, but now that it has bounced back to 81000, you want to run instead?
At 82000, are you chasing the long or waiting for a pullback?#美股AI概念股全线反弹 #Gate广场中秋团圆局 #每周来晒 $BTC $ETH $SOL

The September market-crash prediction has completely failed, and the rebound momentum is extremely strong!
1. Amazon $AMZN
has a relatively cheap P/E ratio of 20x. The annual price-volume moving average and the 200-day moving average are around 238, while the current price is only slightly more than 5% higher. The initial target is the previous high at 280 to 300.
2. Google $GOOGL
is recovering from short-term oversold conditions, with momentum turning positive. RSI and MACD are bullish, and its P/E ratio is low. Target: 400.
3. The broader market $QQQ $SPY
is currently bullish rather than bearish: only about 30% of S&P stocks are above their 50-day moving averages, which is closer to oversold than overbought, so an immediate collapse is unlikely. The drop in oil prices from 106 to 95 is positive. If things calm down on the Iranian side and oil falls to 80 or even 60, risk appetite could open up further. The 10-year yield is still around 4.99%. The VIX is only 14. The Federal Reserve’s path still requires caution: approximately 75 basis points of rate hikes over the next 12 months are priced in, the probability of a rate hike in October has exceeded 55%, and the probability for December has fallen from 75% to 68%.
4. Robinhood $HOOD
is in an ascending channel, with an RSI golden cross and a MACD golden cross approaching. Momentum is improving, and it is just one final push away. Market makers are providing support at 115, with resistance at 120. Once it breaks through, the next stops are 125 and 130, leaving room for a move higher.
5. Corning $GLW
is tightening into a pattern, with the direction temporarily unclear. Energy is building, and once it breaks out in one direction, it often moves quickly. Add to the position in exchange for more upside room. Year-end target: 180 to 200.
6. Coherent $COHR
has pulled back approximately 28% from its previous high and is a photonics leader. The moving averages have converged, and the stock has already moved above them. Support is at 300, with a bullish wall at 320; the current price is 317. Year-end target: 360 to 390. A break above 320 could trigger acceleration.
7. IREN $IREN
is moving sharply in both directions, while RSI and MACD are both strong, so the overall bias is bullish. Jensen Huang’s side of the market indirectly confirms that rental rates for older H100s are still rising, indicating that demand for computing power is real. The chart shows resistance around 49; after breaking through, it may consolidate between 49 and 54 first. Support is at 45 and resistance at 50. The last effective break above 50 led to a surge of approximately 30% to 65%.
8. Accumulate during the narrow-range consolidation in DRAM $DRAM
. RSI and MACD have both formed golden crosses. The upside target is 67 to 75, and it is currently relatively cheap.
The bears are completely in despair, and plunging oil prices have rescued the broader market!

ARB at $0.21—are you still chasing it?
First, the surface: a pullback after a sharp surge, with some people shouting, “It’s topped out.”
ARB rose from $0.135 on September 15 to $0.23 in four days, nearly doubling. Today, it has pulled back from $0.23 to around $0.21, with a slight intraday decline and back-and-forth movement between $0.208 and $0.213. After expanding, 24-hour trading volume has retreated, while RSI briefly hit 84, entering overbought territory.
First: Standard Chartered’s research report—it’s no joke
Standard Chartered set a $10 target for ARB by 2030, with a clearly defined path: $0.50 by the end of 2026 and $1.50 in 2027.
You can say Standard Chartered is selling a pipe dream, but it isn’t making things up blindly—the core logic is “TradFi on the blockchain.” The SEC has just granted an “innovation exemption,” allowing tokenized U.S. stocks to be traded on compliant venues for five years. Arbitrum and Robinhood Chain are positioned right at this point.
Second: ARB is no longer just an “airdrop governance token”—it now has revenue
This is the most critical change, and many people haven’t realized it yet.
Robinhood Chain launched its mainnet in July, using the Arbitrum technology stack and paying ecosystem licensing fees through AEP. On-chain fees briefly exceeded those of Arbitrum One itself. DAO monthly revenue was reportedly as high as around $5 million, several times the previous level.
People who bought ARB in 2024 were buying air. People buying ARB in 2026 are buying a ticket to bring TradFi on-chain.
Third: The technical picture says this is the first pullback after the main upward wave
After reaching a high of $2.4 in 2024, it declined steadily to around $0.07 in June–August 2026
It started rising from $0.08 in mid-to-late August and accelerated in September
The daily chart has moved above the 50/100/200 EMAs (the $0.11–$0.13 range), and the medium-term trend has officially turned bullish
Moving from $0.135 to $0.23 in four days was the main upward wave. Today’s pullback to $0.21 is the first meaningful pullback after that wave, not a top.
Strong support: $0.208 (today’s low) → $0.193 (Fib) → $0.17 (previous high platform)
Resistance: $0.223–$0.230 (this round’s high) → $0.25 psychological level
As long as the daily close does not decisively break below $0.193, the short-term structure remains intact. A break below $0.193 is when a reassessment is needed.
The bulls and bears are facing off—you decide
On one side:
Standard Chartered’s $10 target, with Wall Street beginning coverage
The SEC’s innovation exemption and the implementation of tokenized U.S. stock policies
Robinhood Chain bringing real revenue, with DAO monthly revenue at $5 million
Continued growth in RWA, with Arbitrum leading in deployment count
The daily chart above all major EMAs, with the medium-term trend turning bullish
On the other side:
A doubling in four days, overbought RSI, and short-term profit-taking that needs to be absorbed
Hyperliquid’s chain-level TVL briefly caught up, with capital rotating
The CLARITY Act stalled in the Senate, while regulatory uncertainty remains
The Federal Reserve just raised rates by 25bp, with high interest rates suppressing risk assets
Thin weekend liquidity, making wicks more likely
Trading strategy
Short-term traders:
Aggressive: Lightly enter longs at $0.208–$0.212, with a stop-loss below $0.198
Conservative: Wait for a pullback to $0.193–$0.200 and add after volume contracts and price stabilizes
First target: $0.228–$0.232; second target: $0.25
Reduce the position by half near the previous high—don’t get greedy
If the daily close breaks below $0.193, stop out long positions and wait to reassess at $0.17
Swing traders:
Build a position in batches between $0.19 and $0.21, with a stop-loss at $0.17
Target: $0.35–$0.5
Long-term believers:
Blindly dollar-cost average between $0.17 and $0.21, adding each time it falls 10%
The bet is on TradFi moving on-chain + an RWA explosion + sustained growth in Robinhood Chain revenue
Target: $1.5–$3 (2027); $10 is the dream for 2030
ARB now looks like ETH in 2020—
Back then, everyone said, “Ethereum is too slow and will be killed by new public chains.” But what happened? It became the settlement layer for TradFi.
At $0.21, you’re not buying an L2 governance token—you’re buying a ticket for Wall Street to move stocks, funds, and bonds onto the blockchain.

With so many bearish factors, is holding firm without falling a sign of a bottom, or is it just being propped up?
The Fed raised interest rates, and the dot plot hinted at more hikes this year
Warsh struck a hawkish tone, while the dollar and U.S. Treasury yields strengthened
The CLARITY Act was blocked, ETFs saw major outflows, and Strategy also began selling coins.
Based on the usual script, after this one-two punch, BTC should be heading toward $70,000—even if it did not collapse.
But this time, it bottomed near $75,000 and was quickly bought back up.
This shows there is indeed support around $75,000. The market was also not entirely unprepared for rate hikes. The drop from $82,000 to $75,000, a pullback of nearly 9%, had already priced in some of the bearish factors.
But it is still too early to call a bull market comeback.
After trading for a long time, I have become increasingly focused not on how frightening the news is, but on how prices move after the news comes out. Failing to fall on bearish news means the bears cannot push it down for now; failing to rebound after the bearish news has been priced in also means the bulls are not that strong.
BTC is simple right now: there are buyers below, but no one is chasing prices higher.
If $75,000–$76,000 holds, there is still a chance for short-term sideways repair and another attempt at $80,000–$82,000.
Only a high-volume hold above $82,000 would show that the market has digested this wave of bearish factors. A further break above $84,000–$85,000 would be needed before it is fair to discuss a trend reversal.
If $75,000 is lost, the next level to watch is $72,400. If it holds, this can still be viewed as a range-bound shakeout; a decisive break below it would mean the so-called resilience may simply be delayed downside, with $69,600 next to watch.
A move above $82,000 would mean the bearish factors have largely played out; a break below $72,400 would mean the decline is merely late.
As for the range in between, my most familiar approach remains the same: either stay on the sidelines, or set clear take-profit and stop-loss levels for short-term swing trades.
