🚨 BITCOIN IS TRYING TO BREAK OUT!
Is BTC gearing up for another legendary “God Candle”?
The market is heating up, and if bulls manage to confirm this breakout, things could get VERY interesting.
But remember: breakouts can be fakeouts. 👀
Will we see another explosive move, or are the bears waiting to strike?
The next move could be huge. Keep your eyes on the charts.
What’s your prediction? GOD CANDLE or FAKEOUT?

ZEC at $1,160—could you bring yourself to cut your losses?
It plunged from 1698 to 1049, down 25% in 30 days. Coinbase delisted it, the EU ban is counting down, and everyone online is shouting, “Privacy coins are dead”—but just as everyone cleared out, it bounced back to 1160. The biggest long position on-chain has an average entry of 1179 and is stubbornly holding despite unrealized losses, with a liquidation price far away at 838. Is this the last chance to escape, or a golden buying opportunity before the NU7 upgrade?
First, the surface picture: the bad news has hit, but the price hasn’t collapsed.
From the late-September high of 1698, it was hammered all the way down to 1049, nearly a 40% plunge. Then what?
It climbed back from 1049 to 1160, repeatedly hovering around 1165 intraday. RSI is at 40-45, neutral to weak, and the price is below the 20-day moving average—all the indicators are telling you one thing: weak consolidation, with no clear direction.
But wait.
Are you sure that just because it can’t fall any further, it means it’s going to rise?
First: Is the NU7 upgrade a lifeline or a death knell?
October 20—tomorrow—the Zcash team will decide whether to launch NU7 on mainnet based on testnet results. The target activation date is November 5.
What does NU7 do?
It cuts block time from 75 seconds to 25 seconds, making it 3 times faster. 60% of fees go into a public reserve, with miners receiving 40%. Most drastic of all—the old Sprout pool will be permanently shut down, and about 22,000 ZEC inside it will never be spendable again.
In plain English:
If the upgrade succeeds, ZEC’s usability and long-term sustainability will move up a notch. If the upgrade runs into trouble or the team decides on the 20th to delay it, the longs betting on “November good news” will all get buried.
There’s a whale on-chain with an average entry of 1179, now sitting on unrealized losses, with a liquidation price of 838. What is it betting on? November’s NU7.
But the more people betting on good news, the harder they’ll dump when that news lands.
“Buy the rumor, sell the news” has never failed in crypto.
Second: The ETF application is real, but so is Coinbase’s exit
On October 6, the Winklevoss twins filed an S-1 with the SEC for a spot Zcash ETF, ticker WINK, with a 0.25% fee, planned for listing on Nasdaq—and said they planned to buy up to $100 million worth of shares.
Sounds exciting, right?
Grayscale’s ZEC trust was already converted into an ETF in August, and 21Shares also launched a ZEC ETP in Europe. Institutional access is opening up.
But on the other hand—
In April 2026, Coinbase delisted ZEC. The reason: compliance risks. EU rules will restrict privacy coins starting in July 2027, and one major exchange has already stopped offering ZEC to users in India and the UAE.
Wall Street is knocking on the door on one side, while exchanges are shutting theirs on the other.
Third: The technical picture comes down to one question—can it hold?
Support: 1049-1050 (previous low), 1000 (psychological level).
Resistance: 1180-1200 (short liquidation cluster), 1250 (20-day moving average), 1300+.
The price is stuck at 1160, going nowhere.
Funds are flowing out on the 15-minute and 30-minute charts. The one-hour pump is fueled by short stop-losses, not genuine buying.
What does this mean?
If 1160 breaks, the next stop is 1133; below that, it’s 1049.
If 1160 holds, there’s a “blood bag” of shorts at 1180-1205 above; major players may use NU7 news to trigger a short squeeze.
But a short squeeze is a short-term bet, not a trend reversal. Until the daily chart gets back above the moving averages, any rebound is just a pause in the downtrend, not a bottom.
The bulls versus the bears—you decide
On one side:
NU7 target activation on November 5, decision on October 20
Winklevoss ETF application, with a $100 million buying commitment
Quantum-resistant roadmap moving forward; the privacy narrative is here to stay
Whale stubbornly holding at an average entry of 1179 despite unrealized losses, with a liquidation price of 838
On the other side:
Coinbase has delisted it; EU ban in 2027
Daily price below the 20-day moving average; weak structure
The rebound to 1160 is driven by short stop-losses, not genuine buying
A massive number of underwater holders from the drop from 1698 to 1160
Trading strategy
Short-term traders:
If it pulls back to 1150-1155 and holds, try a small long position, with a stop-loss below 1130. Target 1188-1200; take half off when it gets there. If it can’t break above around 1188, flip to a short, with a stop-loss at 1205 and a target of 1160-1140. Don’t chase in the middle at 1160—the blade cuts both ways.
Swing traders:
Wait for the October 20 NU7 decision. If they decide to proceed and the price holds above 1200, then consider a mid-term position, targeting 1250-1300. If they decide to delay or the price breaks below 1133, close the page and wait for 1049 or even 1000.
ZEC right now is like XMR in 2024—

Would you still dare to hold ETH at $2,435?
ETF outflows of 950 million over three weeks, and everyone online is shouting “ETH is finished,” but 2360 has stubbornly held, and the price has just bounced back to 2435. Is this really the last chance to escape, or are shady market makers using macro panic to shake out holders?
First, the surface picture: a barrage of bad news, but the price hasn't crashed.
The 24-hour range was 2329-2445, with a modest rebound and moderate trading volume. Since early October, ETH has pulled back steadily from 2726; ETF funds have continued to flow out, and the macro backdrop is full of hawkish signals. Yet ETH has held firm at 2360-2400. The 2360-2400 zone is strong support that has been tested multiple times. RSI at 39-41 is neutral to oversold, and MACD is negative but its histogram is nearing the zero line. The night before a major move—make sure you're on the right side.
First: ETFs are fleeing, but whales are buying
U.S. spot ETH ETFs saw cumulative net outflows of about $950 million in October, with weekly outflows in the $320 million range. BlackRock's ETHA was the main contributor. Institutional demand is indeed weak in the short term, directly driving the pullback from 2726.
Sounds scary? But look on-chain—some whales are buying the dip, and there are signs of BTC rotating into ETH. The scale is small, but the direction is clear.
ETF outflows are in plain sight; whale accumulation is the hidden signal. The visible signal scares retail traders, while the hidden one sets up institutions.
Second: The macro backdrop isn't a breeze; it's a blade
September CPI was up 3.7% year over year, above expectations, and core inflation was also hotter. The Fed's interest rate is 3.75%-4.00%, and the market is pricing in a 40%-50% chance of a rate hike at the October 27-28 meeting. The 10-year Treasury yield is 5.1%-5.3%, lifting real yields. Interest-free assets are getting crushed by interest-bearing Treasuries.
BTC is rebounding modestly today at 82,000-83,000, but the broader crypto market is still being squeezed by liquidity expectations. High oil prices and high yields are the two biggest blades right now.
Third: The technical picture has reached its “fig leaf” level.
Resistance above: 2440-2470 (near-term resistance + descending trendline) → 2500-2560 (cluster of the MA20/MA50, around 2547-2552) → 2670-2750.
Support below: 2360-2400 (strong support zone + lower edge of the ascending channel) → 2320-2330 (recent wick lows) → 2200-2270 (potential liquidation cluster).
The daily price remains below all short- and medium-term moving averages, and the short-term structure is weak. A potential double bottom / test of the channel's lower edge is forming as price trades between 2360-2440. 2360 is the fig leaf; 2450 is the line of life and death.
A decisive daily close below 2360 would weaken the structure and could accelerate a drop toward 2200; only holding above and reclaiming 2450 would qualify ETH to challenge 2500-2560.
The bulls and bears face off; you decide
On one side:
JPM Coin's expansion to Ethereum keeps the institutional narrative alive
Staking ETFs are operating at scale, with a long-term lockup effect
Whales buying the dip + signs of BTC rotation
Strong support at 2360-2400 has held through multiple tests
RSI at 39-41, neutral to oversold
On the other:
ETF outflows of about $950 million in October, with institutions weak in the short term
CPI at 3.7% is hot, with a 40%-50% chance of a rate hike
10-year Treasury yields at 5.1%-5.3% are weighing on interest-free assets
The ETH/BTC ratio is under pressure, following macro trends rather than strengthening independently
Moving averages are in a bearish alignment, and the short-term structure is weak
Trading strategy
Short-term / perpetuals:
Try a small long at 2360-2380, with a stop below 2320 and an initial target of 2440-2470. If price breaks through and holds above 2450, look next to 2500-2560.
If the rebound stalls at 2440-2470, or the daily candle fails to close back above 2450, consider a small short-term short targeting 2360 or 2320.
Position size: 5%-10%, leverage no more than 3-5x. This isn't the time to bet big on direction; it's the time to pick up pennies within the range.
Spot / medium term:
Dollar-cost average / buy dips in batches at 2300-2380, over 3-5 entries, provided 2360 doesn't decisively break. If the daily close falls below the 2280-2320 zone, reduce your position. The initial medium-term target is 2500-2700, then adjust based on macro conditions and ETF flows.
ETH right now is like BTC in September 2022—
Everyone was terrified by macro conditions: ETF outflows, the shadow of rate hikes, and surging yields made it feel like the sky was falling. What happened? Six months later, they were kicking themselves.

Elon Musk announced that he’ll give every American child 1 share of $SPCX stock. So how far off can giving every blue-check user one share be?
An estimated 73.37 million eligible children, valued at $146 per SpaceX share, would be worth $10.7 billion.
73.37 million shares would be about 0.9% of the 8.1 billion shares, or 1.1% of the 6.4 billion shares Musk holds. That’s less than 1% of the market cap, so it wouldn’t have much impact. We’ll have to wait for Tuesday night’s Q3 earnings report!

BTC at $82,800—would you still dare to chase?
ETF outflows of 229 million over five days, the Fed just hiked rates, yet BTC climbed back to $82,800—is this a bull trap or an entry point?
ETF net outflows of 617 million in October, 229 million over the past 5 days; institutions have fled, the bear is here.
Oil prices pull back, US stock futures strengthen, ETH and SOL both rebound, the bull is back.
ETF outflows scare off short-term traders, while on-chain accumulation absorbs panic-sold coins. Price hasn't broken 80,000; instead, it has moved above the SMA50 (about 81,400) and SMA200 (about 72,500).
First: ETF outflows of 600 million—have institutions really fled?
Since the start of October, US spot Bitcoin ETFs have seen net outflows of about $617 million, with 229 million flowing out over the past 5 trading days. Sounds like a major institutional retreat?
But look at another set of data: the share of 6-12 month holders transferring to exchanges has dropped significantly, on-chain medium and large holders are accumulating, and the Fear & Greed Index is at 50-60, moving from neutral toward slight greed.
Institutions swing trade ETFs, whales stockpile coins on-chain, and you let emotions turn you into exit liquidity.
Second: The Fed just hiked rates, CPI is 3.7—why hasn't BTC crashed?
In September, the Fed hiked rates by 25 bps to 3.75%-4.00%, its first hike since 2023. CPI came in at 3.7% year over year, above expectations, mainly driven by energy, while core inflation showed signs of picking up; unemployment was 4.2%, and nonfarm payrolls were weak. The next FOMC meeting is on October 27-28, with the market primarily pricing in no change.
The rate hike is old news; the market has already priced it in. Persistent inflation limits rapid rate cuts, but resilient employment provides a floor. The real tail risk isn't the Fed, but a second spike in oil prices and tensions in the Middle East. Oil prices pulled back today, and risk appetite immediately got some breathing room.
Third: Technically, 83,500 is the bait; 80,000 is the real line in the sand
Currently at 82,800, the daily chart is in a range, near the upper end of the consolidation zone. Price is above the SMA50 and SMA200, so the medium-term structure is intact; RSI is neutral at 51-52; 81000-81500 is a strong support zone, tested multiple times and near the SMA50; below that, 80000 is a psychological level and previous low. A break below 80000 could open up room down to 77000-78500.
Resistance: 83000-83500 immediately, around 84500 next, and 87000 beyond that, the earlier high this month where price has been rejected multiple times. After falling from 86-87k in early October, price has traded in the 80k-85k range, forming higher lows.
Only a high-volume hold above 83500 would put 84500-85500 in sight; if rejected, price could retest 81500.
82,800 isn't the finish line—it's the test; 83,500 isn't a breakout—it's a trapdoor.
The real bull-bear line isn't 83,500; it's 80,000.
The bull-bear showdown—judge for yourself
On one side:
Above the SMA50 and SMA200, with the medium-term structure intact
On-chain medium and large holders accumulating, selling pressure from medium-term holders declining
Oil prices pulling back, risk appetite recovering
MVRV at 1.53-1.57, a recovery/accumulation range, not overheated
Fear & Greed at 50-60, neutral to greedy
On the other side:
ETF net outflows of 617 million in October, 229 million over the past 5 days; institutions are cautious
The Fed just hiked rates, CPI is 3.7, and inflation remains sticky
Repeated rejections at 83000-83500, with stronger resistance at 87000
Trading volume is moderate; the breakout isn't confirmed
A break below 80000 could accelerate the drop to 77000-78500
Trading strategy
Short-term perpetuals:
If price pulls back to 82000-82200 and holds, go long with a small position, stop below 81500, target 83500-84500.
Alternatively, wait for a breakout and a sustained hold above 83300-83500; ideally with volume, then chase, targeting 84500-85500, with a stop if price breaks back below 82500.
If price is clearly rejected at 83000-83500 and reverses with a bearish candle, go short with a small position, target 81500-81000, stop above 83500.
At the current price, avoid chasing with a large position. Near the top of the range, it's better to reduce exposure or stay on the sidelines.
Medium-term:
If 80000-81000 holds, maintain a bullish bias, targeting a test of 87000. If 80000 breaks, reassess and consider switching to a defensive stance. On-chain accumulation signals support buying dips, but wait for macro clarity: the FOMC, oil prices, and ETF flows.
The worst thing here isn't missing the ride; it's chasing at 83,500, getting stopped out at 81,500, and then realizing the ride never even left the station.
If 80,000 holds, the bears are paper tigers; if 80,000 breaks, the bulls are paper planes.

There is no news or data driving the market this week, so this week’s move is purely technical.
BTC has so far failed to break above the lower daily band, with resistance around 84k.
Although the weekly chart remains bearish, that does not rule out a short-term rebound on Monday. Recently, the market has generally risen to its weekly high every Monday, so you can continue considering range-bound trading around this level.

How Will the Market Move This Week? Nasdaq Could Fall Another 8%!
1. Nasdaq 100 $QQQ
may rebound first in the short term, then continue falling. Nasdaq took a hard hit last week, and its technical picture has clearly weakened. After hitting a record high, it was met with heavy selling, which looks a lot like investors gradually pulling out at elevated levels. It may first rebound to around 725-729. If it fails to break higher, watch out for another decline. The real concern is that there could be another 8% correction, with the index potentially falling to around 670. However, if the rebound breaks decisively above resistance, a V-shaped recovery cannot be ruled out.
2. S&P 500 $SPY
Compared with the Nasdaq, the S&P 500's price action is not as bad for now. It also fell last week, but key support is still holding, and it remains near the 765 range. The key question is whether this level can hold. If support breaks, there could be another roughly 5% correction, and the quarterly bullish gap could also be filled. It is still too early to turn completely bearish.
3. Semiconductor ETF $SMH
The semiconductor sector has fallen for 9 consecutive trading days and has now reached a key support zone around 530-540. This level has supported the market several times in the past, so the odds of a technical rebound in the short term are not low. If it rebounds, 570 is worth watching, and a stronger bounce could even test 590. However, 9 consecutive down days do not mean the market has to rise on day 10, and support could still break.
4. Magnificent Seven ETF $MAGS
The Magnificent Seven Index is still holding key support around 70. As long as this level holds, the overall trend has not completely broken down. But heavy-volume selling emerged in the second half of last week, and if key support gives way, there could be considerable downside ahead.
The medium- to short-term outlook is bearish, especially for the Nasdaq, but avoid going heavily short, as a rebound could happen at any time.

A manually observed data point:
1. Since the (in my opinion) reversal in the E/B exchange rate in April 2025, every time the daily RSI has hit the oversold zone, there has been a rebound.
2. Between September 2022 and April 2025, if you view the E/B exchange rate as a currency, it looked more like it was in a bear market. Most of the rebounds were brief, violent snapbacks (bear flags) with no staying power.

How Will U.S. Stocks Perform This Week? Nvidia Forms a Double Top, AMD’s Rebound Fails—Don’t Rush to Buy the Dip!
1. Micron $MU
may have had a beautiful rebound a few days ago, but that doesn’t mean a bottom is really in. A two-day rebound followed by a break below the previous low shows that selling pressure hasn’t ended. Storage stocks have already started to catch down, so don’t rush to buy the dip in the short term. First, see whether they can stop falling and stabilize.
2. AMD $AMD
had previously hit a new high, only to turn around and break below its prior low. This is a classic sign that a strong stock is weakening. It doesn’t matter how compelling the AI chip story is if the stock’s price action has deteriorated—you have to respect the trend. Unless it can reclaim key moving averages in the short term, there’s still a risk of further pullbacks.
3. Nvidia $NVDA
is unlikely to escape unscathed while the semiconductor sector is under broad pressure. When investors start pulling out of the AI supply chain, even leading stocks can face selling. Going forward, watch whether it can hold key support and whether any rebound has staying power.
4. Dell $DELL
had been making new highs all the way up, but has now pulled back rapidly, suggesting that investors at elevated levels are exiting. Strong demand for AI servers doesn’t mean the stock can keep rising indefinitely. If it can’t reclaim key levels, watch out for a further pullback.
5. SanDisk $SNDK
Oversold rebounds can certainly be profitable, but a one-day bounce doesn’t mean the trend has reversed. We thought storage stocks might rebound after falling so much, but they weakened again the next day, showing that sustained buying hasn’t emerged. Short-term traders can try to play a bounce, but they must set a stop-loss in advance.
6. Lumentum $LITE
Some optical communications stocks had been strong and even hit new highs, but then formed double tops and quickly pulled back. Even high-growth sectors go through valuation compression. Once investors start pulling out, stocks can fall faster than expected. Going forward, watch whether they can hold support and regain strength on higher volume.
7. Okta $OKTA
had been holding up reasonably well, but suddenly showed clear weakness on Friday and couldn’t even hold its previous support level. When a sector breaks down, individual stocks can quickly catch down as well.
8. Snowflake $SNOW
The cloud computing sector is facing selling, and Snowflake performed especially poorly on Friday. If software stocks continue to underperform the broader market, that suggests institutional investors are temporarily unwilling to pay high valuations for high growth. In the short term, first see whether the stock can stop falling. Don’t assume a big drop means an opportunity has arrived.
9. Twilio $TWLO
plunged on Friday, reflecting a broader wave of selling across software stocks. When market sentiment shifts from chasing growth to avoiding risk, high-valuation tech stocks are often hit hard. In the short term, don’t focus on fundamentals alone—watch for when the price actually stabilizes.
10. CoreWeave $CRWV
Strong demand for AI computing power doesn’t guarantee that the stocks of computing-power rental companies will keep rising. The market is currently reassessing high capital expenditures, financing needs, and future profitability. When a stock continues to weaken, investors should be alert to the possibility that the market is lowering its valuation of these companies.
11. Nebius $NBIS
AI computing-power stocks have faced significant selling, and Nebius hasn’t been spared. The bigger the previous gains, the more volatile a stock can become when sentiment reverses. In the short term, don’t focus only on growing AI demand; pay closer attention to whether investors are returning.
12. IREN $IREN
Bitcoin miners and AI data center stocks are under broad pressure, and IREN also faces the risk of investor outflows. These stocks are affected not only by AI expectations, but also by Bitcoin prices, financing costs, and capital expenditures. If the sector continues to weaken, share prices may keep falling even if the long-term story hasn’t changed.
13. Bloom Energy $BE
Energy stocks have become one of the market’s areas of focus, with energy-related stocks such as Bloom Energy attracting investor interest. But keep in mind that inflows into the energy sector don’t mean every energy stock will rise. Individual stock trends and buying strength still need to be considered.
14. Energy ETF $XLE
In sharp contrast to the weakness in semiconductor and software stocks, the energy sector has performed quite strongly over the past month and past three months. Investors are voting with real money. Keep watching to see whether the trend continues, but don’t blindly chase stocks higher without a buy signal just because they’ve performed well in the past.
15. Palantir $PLTR
formed a double top after surging, then pulled back noticeably. But it’s too early to say the trend has completely broken down, because the stock is still above its rising 50-day moving average. Going forward, watch whether it can hold the moving average and form a higher low.
16. Healthcare ETF $XLV
has shown clear strength and even reached a new high. Investors are rotating out of high-volatility growth stocks and into relatively defensive sectors. If this trend continues, healthcare stocks may keep outperforming the Nasdaq.
17. Eli Lilly $LLY
has formed a consolidation base that has lasted for several months, and its price action is worth watching. Strength across the healthcare sector is creating a favorable environment for stocks like this. If the stock breaks out of its consolidation range convincingly, with support from the sector and trading volume, a new trend opportunity could emerge.
18. Merck $MRK
currently has a relatively constructive consolidation pattern. If the healthcare sector continues to attract inflows, stocks that have consolidated sufficiently and are showing steady price action may present opportunities. Focus on breakout signals rather than buying simply because the stock looks cheap.
If even the strongest stocks are starting to fall, would you still dare to keep adding to your positions?

The Fed goes quiet, earnings take center stage, PMI wraps up: “volatility harvesting week” is here
From October 17 to 29, the Fed is in its pre-FOMC blackout period, when officials are barred from publicly commenting on monetary policy. In his final speech before the blackout, Warsh explicitly rejected the very idea of “forward guidance.”
The market has lost what it relied on most over the past decade: officials’ remarks as its traditional navigation system.
Pricing power has been handed entirely to data and corporate earnings. Meta and Tesla report after Wednesday’s close, initial jobless claims come Thursday, and Friday brings the preliminary PMI and final University of Michigan consumer sentiment reading. Any result above expectations could amplify volatility—because there will be no officials to “reassure” or “correct course.”
The probability of no rate hike in October is 83.9%.
Looks settled, right?
Look at December: the probability of a 25-basis-point rate hike is 77.3%.
The market is betting that “nothing happens this month,” but pricing in “trouble at year-end.” September CPI at 3.7% and PPI at 6.3% gave Warsh no reason to “soften his stance.” The gap between “safe this month” and “the trend is dangerous” is the source of all this week’s volatility.
BTC is seesawing around $80,000, with $81,603 as key short-term support. But holding that level doesn’t mean it’s safe; it only means “it hasn’t broken yet.” “Not broken yet” and “a buying opportunity” are two different things. The sentiment index moving from fear back to neutral isn’t a signal to add to positions; it’s a signal to check them.
That $97 million long with 40x leverage has lost $9.77 million over the past 7 days, with a 16.67% win rate, and its available margin has already hit zero. It wasn’t wrong about the direction; it just didn’t wait for the market to prove it right. In a week packed with earnings and PMI releases, the cost of holding on isn’t losses—it’s being wiped out.
BTC’s front-month implied volatility is 33.5%, 4 percentage points below realized volatility, with options pricing at a five-year low. In other words: the market is pricing volatility itself very cheaply right now. If you want to bet on a big move after earnings, buying options (buying volatility) has a much clearer risk profile than opening a futures position (betting on direction). If you get the direction wrong, you lose the premium; if you get it right, your futures position may already be gone.
The easiest mistake for retail traders to make during earnings week isn’t getting the direction wrong; it’s opening a position so large that they have to be right.
Of the $948 million in liquidations, 90.6% were longs. Most weren’t beaten by the market; they were beaten by their own leverage.
When the Fed goes quiet, the market is most likely to scare itself.
The goal this week isn’t to catch the biggest move, but to make sure that when volatility subsides, your position structure still lets you keep playing. #美國9月PPI大超預期 #GateWCTCS9全球交易賽 #Gate兩大幣種合約成交額躋全球前三 $ETH $TSLA $BTC

The CLARITY Act has been stalled in the Senate, and White House official Patrick Witt has also left after his term expired.
New SEC Chairman Paul Atkins hurriedly posted on X to fill the gap, saying he would take over and continue advancing the crypto regulatory framework.
Honestly, this is quite a show.
On the surface, Atkins stepped forward to reassure the market, but the more I look at it, the more something feels off—
The legislation just hit a dead end, key White House positions are rotating, and the SEC suddenly stepped up to say it wants to build a comprehensive regulatory structure. However you look at it, it seems like an attempt to seize the narrative during a power vacuum.
Everyone is watching to see whether the CLARITY Act can pass, but the real rules of the game may already be changing through agencies' own temporary exemptions and detailed rules.
Not long ago, Atkins had just opened a temporary window for tokenized stocks, and that move went far too smoothly.
Most people are still waiting for macro tailwinds to materialize, but the capital may have figured it out already: whether the bill passes is not important. What matters for the next round of cutting losses or taking profits is how regulators use administrative power to decide who gets absorbed into the system and who is kept out.
Those who understand, understand. This is no regulatory protection—it's clearly a liquidation of slots.

The big players didn’t come through: the whale’s $110 million BTC long position’s $80,500 market stop-loss wasn’t triggered. He closed his BTC long at 5 a.m. today, then went long on U.S. stocks. ◎At 4 a.m., BTC hit a low of $80,684, just $184 above the whale’s $80,500 market stop-loss on his $110 million long position. But the price didn’t fall any further, so the $110 million market sell order wasn’t triggered. ◎At 5 a.m., he closed out at…
