Last year I had a habit: whenever I lost money, I would write in my diary
After I started trading last year, I developed a particularly strange habit—every time I lost money, I would write a diary entry. I didn't record the market; I recorded my own stupidity.
For example: “I chased the pump again today. I knew a pullback was coming, but I still couldn't resist,” “I said I would stop-loss, but after seeing it drop, I moved the stop-loss again, and ended up losing even more,” “I didn't sleep well last night but still watched the market. My head wasn't clear, yet I still dared to place a trade.”

I just made some position adjustments, which caused some followers to incur a small amount of actual losses. These positions basically won’t be changed any further. First, we’ll watch the September 11 CPI data (which will most likely send prices soaring), and then wait for the Fed meeting on September 16 before adjusting positions based on Warsh’s remarks.
