CFTC skips Congress: crypto regulatory draft sent straight to the White House
Well, the CFTC bypassed Congress and sent the regulatory draft to the White House—$PLUME sold off first, moving from 0.01332 to 0.01313, down 9.883% over 24h. The direction is clear: bearish in the short term; go long again only if the decline loses momentum.

There is only one transmission path. The Clarity Act is stuck in the Senate, while the CFTC is taking the OIRA fast track—the compliance framework must change first before institutional entry can be paved. Long-term logic cannot bring in today's buyers.

The New Variable in the RWA Sector—What Does Arc Mean for Stablecoins and Tokenized Assets?
The on-chain tokenized asset market has exceeded $38 billion, including over $15.9 billion in U.S. Treasuries, $4.9 billion in commodities, and $3.6 billion in active strategies. This sector needs a chain specifically designed for institutional settlement, and Arc has arrived.
Why does RWA need a dedicated settlement chain? Traditional brokerage settlement, foreign exchange clearing, and RWA subscriptions and redemptions all require a balance between transaction visibility and commercial confidentiality

It’s only been four days, yet it has left me feeling so devastated. Turning 800 into 10,000 and then suffering a 3,000 drawdown was undoubtedly a huge blow to me. The price didn’t change, but my position was gone—and I was the one who manually closed it. This trade could have made me 800u. Why are my hands so damn impulsive? I manually stopped out and lost more than 400u. After withdrawing the 7,000 yuan, I don’t want to return to the life I used to live, where I had to check my balance every day. At the beginning, I thought my mind was already as calm as still water. When people are in favora

Bitcoin’s 50MA Holds a Bullish Lead Over 200MA
Bitcoin’s moving averages are showing a constructive signal as the 50-day moving average continues to trade above the 200-day moving average.
The 50MA is currently around $73,226, while the 200MA sits near $70,537. That puts the 50MA approximately 3.8% above the 200MA, creating a noticeable gap between the two trend indicators.
For traders, this relationship matters because moving averages can provide a broader view of market momentum rather than focusing only on short-term price movements. When the shorter-term 50MA remains above the longer-term

Everyone expected crypto to get hit this week, but the market did the opposite.
- $BTC held the $75K support, bounced 7% from the low, and is back above $80K.
- $ETH held $2,350, bounced 10% from the low, and is back above $2,550.
- ALTs surprised the market too, gaining 17% from the recent low and pushing back above $225B for the first time in 8 months.
- Total crypto market cap held $2.5T and has added around $200B from the recent low.
And all of this happened while CLARITY stalled, the Fed raised rates, and oil remained elevated.
The key thing is that those major support levels held. But

$SKL Current price 0.00437; the first resistance above is the Bollinger middle band at 0.00463, while the critical level below is 0.00414.
It surged 10.35% over 24h, but trading volume was only 11.2M, insufficient to support the trend. MA5 remains below MA20, and the MACD histogram is negative. The price has only completed a halfway recovery from the Bollinger lower band at 0.00414, not a reversal. RSI at 48 is neutral to weak, making it unattractive to chase. The real metric to watch is the funding rate at -0.1217%: shorts are paying, and if the price holds above 0.00435, a short squeeze and

$8 trillion in U.S. debt needs to be rolled over within a year. If the average coupon rises from 3.3% to the current 5%, that alone would add $136 billion in interest costs. Warsh understands the situation: the U.S. truly cannot withstand higher interest rates. Rate cuts are not a matter of whether it wants to cut, but whether it can afford not to. What do you think? If you’re watching the dollar, follow me.

$SAGA The most unusual detail today is not the 6% rise, but the funding rate at +0.0050%—longs are paying to hold positions, yet the price has pulled back from around the Bollinger upper band at 0.02986, with the current price of 0.02789 already falling below MA5 at 0.028542. The Greed Index is 71; this combination means late buyers are being trapped, with short-term momentum and sentiment diverging.
Technically, MA5 remains above MA20, and the MACD histogram is positive, so the medium-term structure remains intact. However, RSI has retreated from elevated levels to 57.7, indicating that bull

Trade Plan:
Entry: 97.03 – 97.25

TP1: 96.35
TP2: 95.83
TP3: 95.05

Why this setup?
Why now? The daily trend is range, which often precedes a sharp directional move once a key level breaks. The 1h ATR of 0.436319 shows enough volatility to reach the first target. The 15m RSI at 49.02 signals a balanced market but leaning bearish, supporting the short bias. The entry zone sits between 97.03 and 97.25, with the 1h price at 97.14 offering a precise reference point. The first target is 96.35 and the sec

BTC dropped 1,900 points during the day!!! What do you think tonight?
This morning, we opened a short at 81,200, with a target of exactly 80,000. I reminded everyone that it was a short-term short. We closed half the position around 80,100 and prepared to continue pursuing profits. BTC took a long time to fall further, so we fully closed the remaining position around 80,400.
Tonight, we will still focus on buying low and going long. We’ll open longs in the 79,500–80,000 range, targeting 81,500.
