A wave 2 following a leading diagonal is normally expected to be deep. A retracement toward 61.8% of the entire advance would put BTC somewhere around the $45–50k region depending on precisely where the diagonal is anchored.

After a short-term surge and pullback, BTC has entered a range-bound shakeout, with a ceiling above and a floor below.
BTC is moving along the lower Bollinger Band on the 4-hour chart amid declining volume, while the RSI is around 42 and weak. Geopolitical tensions in the Middle East have pushed up oil prices, intensified global inflation concerns, and pressured risk assets across the board. In the short term, 64450 is strong resistance, while the 64000 moving average provides support.
I suggest shorting around 64200–64400, with a target of 629–632.

The index is sleepwalking; gold, silver, Nvidia, SanDisk, Micron, and Google can all lead it around by the nose.
