I woke up naturally again a little after 4 a.m. When I woke up and checked, several trades had made money and had already closed. Overall, I lost money this time.
Over the weekend, I pulled out all the trade records and reviewed and summarized them one by one.
I have a direct feeling that trend trades in futures are not as profitable overall as swing trades. When leverage is high, swing trading has a major advantage; when leverage is low, trend trading has the advantage. After practicing for a long time, I previously concluded that the 4–8-hour timeframe is very suitable for futures trading.

$BTC longs are getting pretty crowded.
Over $23B is now sitting in long positions, and honestly, that makes me a little cautious.
We have seen traders pile into longs like this before. At the end of 2024, $BTC dumped from $108K to $89K. In mid-2024, it fell from $73K to $49K. And most notably, the 2022 FTX crash took BTC down to $16K.
But it’s not a guaranteed sell signal either. We saw something similar in 2025 and BTC kept going higher for months.
So I am not saying $BTC has to dump here.
Just saying I wouldn’t get too comfortable thinking the correction is definitely over.
