Bitcoin has broken below the support area and is now testing the $80,000 support zone. The price needs to hold this level; otherwise, things could turn bad. Let's see how the market reacts in the coming days

10.16 ETH Market Analysis

Long: around 2400-2425, stop loss at 2380, targets 2450/2470

ETH is currently at 2434.32. After a strong bullish reversal from the bottom pushed the price up to 2466, resistance caused the rally to stall, while concentrated profit-taking at the highs led to a deep pullback. The market's center of gravity has shifted somewhat lower, but the main hourly structure of bottoming and rising remains intact. This pullback is not a trend reversal, but rather provides an opportunity to establish long positions at lower levels.

The overall market is tilted bullish, with most capital betting that ETH will hold above 2500.
However, there is insufficient certainty of a break above 2600, while the probability of a pullback to 2300 is close to 50%, indicating significant disagreement between bulls and bears over Ethereum, unlike the one-sided optimism seen in BTC.
The upside offers limited potential returns, while lower pullback levels offer better risk-reward; beware of the risk of a failed rally followed by a retracement to the 2300 range.

Last night, the broader market was affected by the decline in U.S. stocks and saw another pullback, with BTC briefly falling below the 80000 level before quickly rebounding. The market has now re-entered a consolidation phase, with a clear wait-and-see sentiment.
The key event to watch today is Waller’s speech at 11:30 a.m. In particular, with recent U.S. CPI and PPI data both coming in above expectations, the market remains divided over whether there will be another rate hike this month, so Waller’s speech could become an important factor in short-term market movements.
However, the market ha

$BTC Earlier today, I mentioned that late shorts were at risk of getting squeezed.
This is exactly what we’ve seen now, resulting in price pushing up roughly 3.5% from the lows.
However, that does not mean that longs are safe yet.
BTC still needs to reclaim $84.4k first in order to break bearish structure and shift momentum back in favor of buyers.
Until there is a confirmed break back above that level, another retest of the lows remains possible.
That said, with all the unswept lows taken out and the majority of the remaining liquidity now resting above price, I would still slightly favor a f

Come on, let me ask publicly across the entire internet: At the 80k level, will it break or not?
I’ve already pocketed 20k in profits from my short positions.
Making huge profits publicly is the real deal; posting publicly means I’m willing to be verified.
I opened a BTC short around 86,500, and have steadily captured 7,000 points of downside;
I shorted ETH all the way from 2,735 to 2,320, pocketing the full 400-point profit.

Analysis: Go long on a pullback to around 2410–2430, with defense at 2390, first target at 2460, and second target at 2480
The actual 1H chart shows that the market began an oversold rebound from the phased low of 2313.39, surged to a phased high of 2466.62, and then entered a corrective consolidation trend. The current quote is 2438.09. This rebound is a technical recovery following the sharp decline. The price is pulling back to the previous rebound’s concentrated trading platform, while the bulls’ buying support below is gradually emerging. After the correction digests pr

Bitcoin’s monthly line has fallen by less than 2% this month, but the loss in your account is probably much larger.
I checked: it surged to 87220 on October 2 and plunged to 79800 early yesterday morning—a swing of more than 7400 points in half a month. That small percentage drop came at the cost of liquidating leveraged positions.
Among the people I’ve been watching, Dongbimao looked at the monthly chart and said this drop could be ignored—the market is full of nervous birds. That wick on Ethereum reaching 2318 this morning meant the same thing.

The market opened a strong rebound from the low of 79732.3, with the rally reaching a high of 82639.2 before losing momentum. The price then entered a range-bound consolidation phase. The Bollinger Bands gradually flattened, with the upper and lower bands narrowing as the market repeatedly oscillated within the channel. In terms of indicators, long and short forces have tended toward equilibrium, with no clear one-sided direction. This is a high-level range-bound consolidation pattern following a sharp rally. 82639 is the key resistance level, while support

Strive Plans a $500 Million Raise to Buy More Bitcoin — What Does This Mean for the Crypto Market?
The institutional Bitcoin story is getting more interesting. Strive's reported plan to raise up to $500 million to purchase additional Bitcoin has caught my attention because it highlights how some companies continue to explore Bitcoin as part of their corporate treasury strategy.
For me, the important question is not simply how much Bitcoin a company wants to buy. I also want to understand how it plans to raise the money, what risks shareholders coul

US September PPI came in at 6.3% YoY, well above the 5.3% market expectation, pointing to renewed producer-side inflation pressure. Weekly jobless claims were 199K, broadly in line with forecasts. Could hotter inflation further reduce room for rate cuts, and what does it mean for $BTC, US stocks, and gold?
