PANews, October 1st news, according to CoinDesk, the next Ethereum hard fork upgrade "Fusaka" has been successfully deployed and finalized earlier today on the Holesky testnet, marking a crucial first step towards its launch on the mainnet. The Fusaka upgrade aims to reduce the cost of operations on Ethereum, especially benefiting institutional users and Layer 2 networks. One of the key features it introduces is PeerDAS, which will help lower the costs for L2 and validators by optimizing the data verification method. According to the plan, Fusaka will also conduct two more Testnet runs on October 14 and October 28. After all these tests are completed, the Ethereum core developers will finalize the specific date for Fusaka's launch on the Mainnet.
