Apple releases the first developer preview of iOS 27.3; Apple Intelligence and Alibaba’s Qwen large language model receive approval. Developer beta testing opens November 4, with the official version launching for users in China in December. Support on other platforms is still pending approval.
Approval doesn’t mean a simultaneous rollout across all platforms; support across multiple platforms is still awaiting approval. What users really care about is when it will be available, not the timeline itself.

Sounds like everyone's leaving, right?
Look closer.
Bitcoin ETFs still hold about $98 billion.
All-time net inflows are still $56.6 billion in the green.
Two days of outflows moved about 1% of that.
And Strategy bought another 810 BTC last week. It now holds 849,327 BTC, over 4% of all bitcoin that will ever exist.

Since 1980, the S&P 500 has dropped more than 14% on average at some point during the year
& it still averaged about 10.7% a year over that stretch
Right now the S&P is about 4% off its all time high. The Nasdaq 100 is about 10% off
So this isn’t unusual. It’s a pretty normal year that started out expensive.
The problem is everyone forgets that until it happens. Then a 10% drop feels like the end of the world
