Last night, Saudi Arabia attacked the port of Hodeidah in Yemen in response to attempts by the Yemeni Houthis to impose a naval blockade on Saudi ships in the Bab-el-Mandeb strait.
The Houthis did not keep anyone waiting and launched a massive strike on facilities of the Saudi Aramco company in the area around the cities of Jeddah and Jizan. As a result of the strikes, large-scale fires broke out at the sites.
