I would not be surprised to see the first breakout attempt fail here. After a move into a major liquidity target, a quick pullback to retest the Demand range would be healthy and would give the setup a cleaner support.
That Demand range is where the reversal would form, keeping the structure bullish and giving price the support to push back to the upside and break into the Primary Target Zone which aligns with the high-timeframe resistance range.
