Bitcoin has officially entered overbought territory on the daily chart.
Yes, it can remain overbought and continue running toward $90K, but as we all know, overbought conditions eventually lead to a pullback.
That doesn’t mean the bull market is over. What we want to see during the next pullback is Bitcoin establish a higher low and maintain the bullish market structure.

Bitcoin needs to claim $83K and close above it. The actual price level is $82,814 and its a key resistance level. We break above that and bears are on a oneway trip to rekt city. $BTC

Bitcoin and the Crypto market held up very well in a week where the Clarity Act failed to pass and the Fed raised rates. This shows a lot of strenght! the only hope the bears have is a black swan event.

The CLARITY Act fails to advance the in the cloture vote today. But it's NOT OVER, we still have more chances in 2026.

Today is a big day for the #ClarityAct!

If the Democrats and Banks want to play games and don't get the Clarity Act passed then the status quo remains. There will be no crypto ethics in place and no updates to stablecoin yield management. The SEC and CFTC will provide guidance via rulemaking and adoption will continue.
Both of the Dems and Banks have a lot to lose here. Crypto will pump regardless.
