Fed Chair Warsh spoke yesterday and gave no clear signal, and the probability of an October rate hike was cut in half.
Warsh spoke yesterday at the IMF and World Bank annual meetings in Bangkok, but didn’t reveal what would happen at the end-of-month rate meeting. CME FedWatch showed the probability of an October rate hike falling from nearly 30% to around 15%, giving the market some relief.
In crypto, BTC briefly fell below $80k on Thursday for the first time in a month, but reclaimed it in less than two hours. It’s now hovering around $81.5k, while ETH is around 2,440.

BTC is hovering around 82,000, with the 50-day EMA at 80,443 serving as the short-term lifeline. Unless it breaks above 85,000, the range-bound movement will persist; ETH is stuck at 2,435, capped by the 50-day EMA at 2,493. Unless it gets above that level, it will remain in weak consolidation.
$SNDK ’s rebound looks more like bait for bulls; the bearish structure has not truly ended, and overhead selling pressure is clear. 1,400–1,446 is a strong resistance zone, while 1,272–1,302 is the bears’ next target. Until resistance is reclaimed on strong volume, any bounce should be treated primarily

#GateBTCAndETHFuturesVolumeRanksTop3 #ShareWeekly Gate’s BTC and ETH Futures Enter the Global Top Three as Bitcoin Trades Near $81,550
Gate’s reported position among the global top three exchanges for both Bitcoin and Ethereum futures highlights its role in the crypto derivatives market. With BTC trading around $81,550 and ETH near $2,420, the key question is not simply how much traders are trading, but what futures volume reveals about liquidity, leverage, market participation, and price discovery.

PI is trading at around $0.077–$0.078 today, down around 3%–4%, with a range of 0.075–0.081, weak volume, and fearful sentiment. Trend: The rebound lacks volume and remains pressured by moving averages; short-term action is bearish and range-bound. Don’t chase gains. If 0.075 holds, consider a small long position; reduce the position if it breaks below. Take profits near resistance around 0.081. Keep positions light or stay on the sidelines, and don’t add leverage.#pi

October 17 | Capital Flows Across Five Global Markets: Money Is Starting to Move Out of AI—These Are the Sectors to Watch Closely on Monday!
I took a look at A-shares, Hong Kong stocks, U.S. stocks, Bitcoin, and gold over the weekend, and the market has changed quite noticeably over the past couple of days.
Just a few days ago, everyone was piling into AI, PCBs, and semiconductors. Now capital is suddenly moving into defense, the low-altitude economy, and flying cars.
First, Friday’s A-share data:
Defense rose 4.46%, with estimated net inflows of 2.934 billion.
The low-altitude economy rose 2.

$WLD Long setup: Price must hold 0.5145–0.5167 on the 4H chart.
Hold 0.515 → target 0.529, then 0.537. Break below 0.502 → this setup is invalidated. I’m waiting for buyers to step in and hold this level. Why it’s on my radar: - Price is trading above the 0.515 EMA50, indicating buyers still have a structural advantage. - The daily trend is upward, suggesting buyers have stronger support at this level. - The 1H RSI is 54, showing neutral momentum, not overbought. 🟢 Long · Entry 0.5145–0.5167 · Take profit 0.5235 / 0.5288 / 0.5368 · Stop loss 0.5024

This morning’s market action was nerve-racking🔥. BTC fell straight below 81000, while ETH also tested the 2400 level. Altcoins were dragged down across the board, with SOL, XRP, and others all falling.
According to Coinglass data, there were 157 million in liquidations across the market over the past 4 hours, with the vast majority being long positions getting wiped out. Bulls took a major hit. There’s significant macro pressure: Brent crude surged to 112 dollars, reviving inflation concerns, and the S&P 500 fell more than 1%. Strategy’s stock plunged nearly 10%. The past few days have been fucking brutal. I’ve been going long on U.S. stocks and getting beaten like a dog nonstop. Futures trading has been a real struggle, but for spot traders, every U.S. stock crash is an opportunity to get in—this time too, right? You don’t seriously think U.S. stocks are going to zero, do you? This isn’t fucking Mian A, okay? A lot of Mian A stocks really don’t go up for 20 years. You get in, and you become a shareholder. In a word, fuck this. I’m never trading Mian A again. After BTC plunged, it made a slight recovery. As long as it doesn’t break below the previous l

US September PPI came in at 6.3% YoY, well above the 5.3% market expectation, pointing to renewed producer-side inflation pressure. Weekly jobless claims were 199K, broadly in line with forecasts. Could hotter inflation further reduce room for rate cuts, and what does it mean for $BTC, US stocks, and gold?
