CNBC recently dug into the U.S. House’s bills and found that lawmakers spent more than $110k on AI over the past year.
ChatGPT took nearly 90% of it, with 798 transactions totaling $100k. Claude’s spending amounted to only $13k.
What are lawmakers using AI for? Summarizing bills, writing memos, preparing hearing materials, replying to constituent letters, and posting on social media. At least 71 congressional offices are using ChatGPT.

The short-term move is merely a small recovery and consolidation after the decline, with insufficient follow-through in the rebound. Do not be lured into buying by the short-term minor rise; the overall strategy remains to short into rebounds.

BTC: If it breaks above the previous high at 654 with increased volume and holds there, short positions should be stopped out promptly to mitigate risk; if it continues to face pressure and pull back, watch for a second shorting opportunity around 672.
Initial support below is at 622, but a breakdown is highly likely. If it falls further, it is recommended to focus on a long opportunity around 605.
ETH: In the short term, watch 1880 above, with support at 1820 below. If it breaks above 1880, the upside target is 1980; if it falls below 1820, the downside target is 1700.
