There’s so much cool tech and interesting things happening today but crypto twitter is only talking about prediction markets or stablecoins/neobanks
Theres a massive gap for founders & teams with interesting stories to take over and capture attention right now
As long as you dont half-ass it and launch another ‘we raised 10M’ ai slop launch video, you have a chance

i've never gotten a job by submitting a CV, neither has anyone i know who's actually doing well
something like 30% of jobs posted online are even real and a lot get filled internally before they ever hit LinkedIn/ job sites and the listing just exists to collect resumes
i never relied on these; most of my opportunities came from connecting with people irl or by doing a good job showing what im good at online
if you're totally new, find the thing you're already better at than most people, find a real pain point you can solve with it, then go find the people who feel that pain badly enough to pa

Most people don’t realize you can 10x from wherever you are now by just sitting down and doing the boring work for 5 hours a day
No doomscrolling, no distractions and no “fake work” that only feels productive but actually don’t get anything done
Growing in your career is just a series of to-do lists that constantly need to get done

kids without business degrees or traditional marketing experience are crushing it right now
they make more than most business owners or high salary jobs despite being years behind them on age and work experience
i mean 18-20 yr olds making up to 60k/mo shipping apps, launching service based companies or raising from VCs
the main factor is because they get it
they understand the game of attention and know how to leverage it more than anyone can
in todays world your ability to put the right products and ideas in front of the right people can yield you most of the business results you want
even i

A founder was referred to us a few months ago
He's extremely well connected and built a strong audience so far
The problem was his content was very shallow, and he didn't have enough time to to make good content himself
We took over, built a team, and started running his brand on autopilot
On the first week, we launched a storytelling post talking about his origin and how he worked his way up in the space
He went viral in the timeline for a day, even reaching the X News page.
A few reasons why this works:
- The timeline is filled with AI slop & most content have gotten stale so sharing persona

you can change your life on this app (seriously, X changed mine)
i started my first business in high school in a third world country and english isnt even my first language
i learned sales by cold calling 50 grocery stores a day trying to sell them steaks
then i found crypto, started as a discord mod, traded nfts and random coins with people i met online and got into web3 marketing
i made a lot of money and lost a lot of money, got rugged by a few bad people I worked with, but also made lifelong friends along the way
on the side i started building personal brands for founders, execs and CEOs

everyone keeps posting about the x algo changing and how were all cooked
it does change, constantly, and most people respond by ripping up their whole strategy every few weeks to chase the new meta
90% of you would do much better just sticking to fundamentals: do cool shit, then talk about it
the more interesting stuff you actually do, the more stuff you have worth posting
half the time people just aren't doing enough things to talk about or just suck at extracting this
- use call transcripts from meetings, team calls, sales calls etc as content input
- plug in random thoughts, ideas bookmarks

If you have any considerable skills like coding, design etc
you can 10x everything you're doing just by documenting your process,
creations and showing your problem solving to the rest of the world
get an X or IG account, have a content system where you generate as much content as possible ( even if its not great at first) then do this consistently for 6 months
you'll be surprised what kind of opportunities will come from just doing this
if you want to get hired at your dream company, post content that attracts their team members, execs and founders
if you want to build a business, talk about

Something I realized through out my career
Most problems can be completely solved or greatly reduced by taking walks
This is why I force myself to become physically active before making big decisions

sleep has been one of the biggest things ive been trying to fix the past few years
im healthy otherwise, eat well, train regularly, no real issues there
and im genuinely most productive at night, so i didnt mind pulling late nights, ive basically run on them for years
but ive always wondered how much more i could do if i flipped it, slept earlier and woke up earlier
never managed to despite trying melatonin, magnesium glycinate & the usual sleep advice (black out curtains, cold room, no food 4hrs before etc)
then i read this thing about revenge bedtime procrastination, something common in a lo

the timeline feels like a content echo chamber right now
half the posts are basically the same thing recycled in 20 different ways
dont become the algorithm (people are way too fixated on this these days)
its extremely easy to lose trust when people can tell you put no effort in the content you publish
it also kills the bit of joy left in making content, you stop feeling like youre making something for people and start feeling like youre feeding a machine
share what youre actually doing, not just what you know. what works for you will work for people like you, and people like you are the best

you should be posting on X every day (seriously)
i know everyone says this but people underestimate how much this app actually does for you
And no its not about getting brand deals or opening up X monetization, though there is some money to be made there
sam altman started posting recently for a reason, and elon bought the whole platform for 44B dollars lol
people who have both wealth and power spend hours on this app because they get that the value isnt in the engagement, its in who you gain access to
for the average person this could look like
- landing your dream role at that company versus

I started to make serious efforts to record and document literally everything I do (health, career, work, life etc)
we all know AI is going to keep getting smarter, the models are going to be insane in 2-3 years but its useless without enough context about you
the smartest doctor in the world cant help you if they dont know your medical history, same with any AI
the smarter it gets, the more important your input data becomes
instead of treating AI like a search engine, ask questions, get answers
(nothing about that interaction trains it on who you actually are)
the goal is to capture everythin

my first big client hired me through a DM when I had under 1000 followers
people wont care about this because its not a fancy growth hack/ tip to go viral
in reality nobody cares about your follower size or any vanity metric, they only care about what you can do for them
my only north star is giving value wherever I can and doing it consistently as a default
every meaningful relationship in my business today started this way, first client, the people I built businesses with, the friends I travel with, big deals closed etc
dont skip the boring parts

the best decision ive ever made when i was younger was to solo travel
It changed my life financially, made me a better person and allowed me to start multiple businesses and make lifelong friends
I lived in a small island in asia my whole life and the moment i started, the world literally opened up
traveling pays you back in different ways at the same time:
- financially through the people you meet (so many of my clients/ biz came from trips)
- personally because being alone in unfamiliar places forces you to actually figure out who you are
- socially because the friendships you make outside y

if I was 18 and broke today the first thing I would learn is how to grow X accounts for other people
you'll learn distribution, audience building, copywriting and how attention works
and people would pay a massive premium if you can do any of these well
one of the first paying gigs I ever got was growing someone elses X account
most of what I know about how to build a business came from years of doing this work for other people first
its easy to get into, but very hard to get good at a high level
here's how i'd do it:
- consume a lot of valuable content that you like
- learn copywriting from t
