ETH at $2247—what are you still waiting for?

ETF outflows hit $365 million in five days, ETH is down 13% in 30 days and 35% in a year—and everyone is saying “ETH is finished.” But today, on-chain transaction volume surged 54%, fees fell from 35 cents to 3.5 cents, and 36% of ETH is locked in staking. Is this the calm before the storm, or are the market makers sharpening their knives at the 200-day moving average?
