Going short instead gives the same 1:1.2.
The problem is the chop. From 1 a.m. until just now, $SOL crossed 94.3 exactly ten times.
Nineteen hours without going anywhere, just treading the same ground ten times.
A tight stop is bound to get swept; widen it to 92.5, and the ratio drops to 1:0.9.
