Strategy's STRC Is Back Near $100. The Next Chapter Could Be Important for Bitcoin.
Something interesting is happening in Strategy's financing structure, and I think the latest recovery in STRC deserves more attention than just another preferred-stock price movement.
Strategy's STRC perpetual preferred stock recently climbed to $99.95, just five cents below its $100 stated value. This is its closest approach to par in more than 165 days. At first glance, that might look like a small recovery, but financially, it could have much bigger implications for Strategy's

Intel Beats Earnings, Yet Shares Plunge: Why Investors Are Worried About What Comes Next
A Surprising Market Reaction
Intel delivered a stronger-than-expected third quarter, but its stock suffered a dramatic selloff. The company reported $16.5 billion in revenue, representing 21% growth compared with the same quarter last year. Adjusted earnings reached $0.52 per share, comfortably beating the expected $0.40.
Normally, beating both revenue and earnings expectations would be considered positive news. However, Intel shares plunged approximately 23% in after-

Reddit CEO Huffman announced that the platform is gradually shifting to a login-first browsing mode, changing its longstanding rule that visitors can browse freely (except on the old interface and age-restricted content); one reason is to stop AI crawlers.
The way to stop AI crawlers is to lock the gate, but the cost is making visitors who could previously view posts without logging in register first. Preventing crawling is the goal, user friction is the cost, and the news has already said users are generally unhappy.

This round of positioning has ended perfectly. Since the 20th, I’ve been posting detailed updates telling everyone to hold long-term shorts on BTC at 84700 and ETH at 2510, and gave an exact timeline: by month-end, ETH would reach 2200 and BTC would be around 76666. Along the way, I bought the dip near 80k on BTC and 2330 on ETH. Then, at 79600 on BTC and 2315 on ETH, I bought the dip again. I also caught yesterday’s entry to reverse into shorts. Yesterday, I clearly told you this was the last chance to take a position in a long-term short. I entered near 81800 on BTC and 3370 on ETH, accurate

Does an address receiving coins count as a purchase?
When looking at an on-chain address, I remind myself: receiving coins only tells me that coins came in. To know whether they were bought, I need to dig further.
It could be a transfer between the owner’s own addresses, a distribution claim, a reward, or assets withdrawn from a protocol. Taking a screenshot of an incoming transfer and calling it “a whale adding to its position” leaves out too much information.
What I really want to know is what it paid for those coins. Was there a corresponding swap? Did another asset flow out? Were there mul

The early-morning theft only dealt another blow to this confirmed bearish structure.
The theft didn't create the decline; it only determined how far and how fast it would unfold. Price action is the result of combined forces. News can affect price action only when it translates into buying or selling pressure—this is the core of Chan Theory.
The same bearish news is fuel for an accelerated decline at the top, but often just a shakeout at the bottom. So the claim that “news accelerates a decline” holds only when technical analysis indicates a sell signal.
If you weren't led around by the news,

$BNB : The Liquidity Map Is Flashing a Potential Short Squeeze.
Something interesting is developing around BNB.
At an index price of $711.2, the 7-day liquidation map shows nearly $100M in cumulative short liquidation exposure, almost 3x the estimated long-side exposure across the displayed range.
That's a notable liquidity imbalance, and it puts the upside levels firmly on my radar.
Here's the key breakdown:
🔹 $717–724: First liquidity cluster. A sustained break above $724 could trigger the next leg higher.
🔹 $733–742: The next zone where short positions could come under pressure.
🔹 $758:

HYPE and ZEC Are Attracting Institutional Capital. The ETF Numbers Tell an Interesting Story.
While Bitcoin and Ethereum are dealing with market uncertainty, two different crypto assets are showing encouraging institutional demand. According to SoSoValue, HYPE and ZEC spot ETFs recorded combined net inflows of $18.51 million on October 29 (US Eastern Time).
What makes this development interesting is that both assets attracted capital through individual ETF products, rather than relying on broad market recovery.

The transaction keeps spinning. Should I click again?
The thing that makes me most anxious about on-chain operations is when the page keeps spinning while prices keep moving. But at that moment, I check the transaction status first.
The page not updating doesn’t mean the transaction wasn’t sent. If I have a transaction hash, I check the corresponding block explorer to see whether it’s still pending, has succeeded, or failed. Before I’ve checked, submitting a new transaction could turn what was meant to be one operation into two.
For regular Ethereum account transactions, transactions are proce
