Buying and selling demand, token supply, and liquidity differ across coins, so their prices don't all move in unison.
BTC strength doesn't guarantee that funds will flow into every altcoin next. You also need to look at whether a project has token unlocks, changes in its business, and its own trading volume and market depth.
