What if buying more Bitcoin actually makes a Bitcoin treasury company less attractive to its shareholders?
Sounds contradictory, but K33 Research’s latest analysis of Strategy raises exactly this problem.
@Strategy holds 848,250 BTC.
But K33 modeled an alternative capital structure where Strategy would hold 843,303 BTC without aggressively expanding its STRC preferred-stock program.
That’s a difference of just 4,947 BTC.
Yet STRC raised approximately $7.5B in H1 2026 and helped finance nearly 100,000 BTC.
So where did the advantage disappear?

After waiting until a little after 11 yesterday morning to catch that wick, I slept for less than two hours before I was dragged out of bed to go along to the dealership to get the car serviced. Anyway, I really wouldn’t recommend buying an Alphard. Its quality isn’t what you’d expect, and a 2.5L hybrid system shouldn’t be used in a car at this price. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem with their car: after a long downhill stretch, when you hold down the brake, the engine revs freely, like the car is taking off or the throttle is stuck. I thought I’d get back early enough

celestia:native IS LOOKING READY FOR A BIG SWING MOVE, GUYS!
Price is trading around $0.62, pushing toward the previous week high (resistance) near $0.63. The weekly and daily charts are looking strong, and buyers are trying to continue this recovery.
From the weekly chart, TIA bounced from around $0.292 to $0.632 — more than a 100% move!
Now the price is consolidating near the highs instead of completely giving back the rally. That’s what I’m watching.
My levels to watch:
If price breaks and sustains above $0.63, the next reaction zones are $0.65, then $0.69–$0.70.
If buyers maintain a strong structure around $0.69–$0.70, further extension toward $0.80–$0.83 becomes possible.
And guys, if the current structure stays healthy, volume comes in, and buyers keep defending higher lows, I’m keeping the $1 level on my bigger swing-trading radar. It isn’t guaranteed, but the potential is there.
⚠️ What if rejection happens?
If price gets rejected around $0.63, watch the $0.60–$0.585 zone first.
Losing $0.58 could open the door to a deeper correction toward $0.55, followed by $0.50–$0.48.
On the weekly chart, MA7 is around $0.486, while MA25 is around $0.398. MA7 is the nearer trend-support reference, so holding above it would help preserve the bigger recovery structure.
RSI is elevated, and MACD remains positive on the daily chart. Momentum is encouraging, but we still need a proper breakout with volume confirmation.
My plan: I’m watching $0.63 closely. No need to chase the candle — let the breakout or retest confirm the next move.
TIA has already shown what it can do. Now let’s see whether buyers can sustain this structure and push it toward the next resistance zones. 🔥
