I seek refuge in Allah from Satan, the accursed.
"Indeed, the example of Jesus to Allah is like that of Adam. Allah created him from dust; then Allah said to him, 'Be,' and he was." (Surah Al-Imran, 3:59)
________commentary________
Christians considered the miraculous birth of Jesus (peace be upon him) as an extraordinary event and, as a result, deified him. However, this verse reminds us that Adam (peace be upon him) was also created without a father, directly from dust. This highlights that Jesus, like Adam, is merely a servant and messenger of Allah.
If being born without a father were proof of divinity, then Adam would have an even greater claim since he was created without both a father and a mother. However, neither of them is divine; they are both creations of Allah.
