#PI Pi Network’s Base Mining Rate Decreases Again

As Pi Network continues to grow, mining Pi is becoming increasingly challenging. Today, the Base Mining Rate (BMR) has been reduced once again, making it harder for pioneers to earn Pi over time.
This reduction aligns with Pi Network’s long-term vision—gradually decreasing mining rewards as adoption increases. The more people join, the lower the mining rate, ensuring scarcity and sustainability. Early adopters benefit from higher rewards, while new pioneers can still earn Pi by actively contributing to the network.
As Pi moves closer to its open mainnet, the decreasing mining rate emphasizes the importance of engagement. Pioneers who verify their identity, invite others, and participate in the ecosystem will have better opportunities to maximize their Pi holdings before mining eventually stops.
With millions of pioneers worldwide, Pi Network is evolving. The journey continues, and those who stay active will shape the future of this decentralized digital currency.
