A classic three-wave market in a Bull Market, currently BTC+ETH have completed two waves, while altcoins have only completed one wave. This means that the Bull Market has officially begun after one major wave, and many other coins have yet to start their first wave, with only one to two major market movements in a Bull Market.
The relationship between Bitcoin and altcoin, the third big Bull Market in 2017, Bitcoin and altcoinBTC peaked in December, Ethereum and altcoinETH peaked a month later. Many altcoins are famous for the 94 crash + peak, which means they peaked in early September.
The fourth bull run of 2021, both BTC and Ethereum peaked in November, while a few altcoins peaked in February, and many peaked in May before crashing.
The second Bull Market in 2013, BTC peaked in November. At that time, there was no Ethereum, only BTC and altcoinBTC. The altcoins at that time, Ripple+ and Litecoin+, are still alive today.
Regarding the issue of a midterm pullback, during the big Bull Market in 2013, there was a crazy drop of 80% in a few days due to excessive speculation, which definitely sent altcoins back to their grandma's house.
In 2017, during that big Bull Market, BTC experienced several pullbacks, the maximum being only 40%, while altcoin94 suffered a major collapse. 90% of them were quite normal. The pullback of ETH during that period was not severe. In the second half of 2016, there was a significant pullback, with ETH experiencing a deep decline, not to mention altcoin, which only bottomed out from June's peak to December.
In 2021, there was a big bull run, although BTC and Ethereum had a small retracement in September 2020, which did not last long, but altcoins went through a deep adjustment for several months, even as BTC kept hitting new highs. Also, there was the 519 crash+, although it retraced for only over 2 months, altcoins experienced a deep retracement again, with BTC not just halving.
In 2025, there will be a big Bull Market, with ETH experiencing a moderate decline in 2024, while altcoins have already undergone a significant pullback. History has never changed: a strong surge will come in the fourth quarter, followed by a deep adjustment in altcoins, with many reaching their peaks again.
The first Bull Market, BTC skyrocketed in one year, from birth to peak in two and a half years, the second Bull Market bottomed out to its peak in 2 years and 1 month, the third Bull Market bottomed out and peaked in two years and 11 months, the fourth Bull Market is the same as the third, the fifth Bull Market, this time, how long do you think it will last???
