As of February 9, 2025, the cryptocurrency market is showing significant fluctuations. The total market capitalization of cryptocurrencies reached $3.136 trillion, up 1% from the previous day.

However, the market has recently suffered significant losses. 25 of the top 100 cryptocurrencies have lost more than 20% of their value in the past 24 hours. This happened after the introduction of new customs tariffs by the administration of US President Donald Trump, which caused panic among investors.

In particular, Bitcoin (BTC) is trading at $97,131, up 1.14% from the previous close.

Ethereum (ETH) is trading at $2,665.57, up 1.92% from the previous close.

BNB is trading at $642.87, up 11.13% from the previous close.

XRP is trading at $2.47, up 3.35% from its previous close.

Cardano (ADA) is trading at $0.703881, up 1.42% from its previous close.

Overall, the cryptocurrency market is in a highly volatile phase and the trend has not yet completely reversed. Short-term events such as political decisions can affect the market, but the overall direction remains uncertain.
