I admire your selfless dedication to animal welfare, the profound impact you have on education and community outreach, and the enjoyable atmosphere you create for visitors and staff. I am especially excited about your plans to upgrade the zoo, particularly the enhancement project for the hippo habitat.
Over the past few months, I and the global Ethereum community have had the privilege of feeling the warm hospitality of Thailand and its people. We held events in several cities in Thailand and successfully held Devcon SEA in Bangkok in November. The success of all this would not have been possible without the kindness and enthusiasm of the Thai people, as well as the efforts of our Thai organizers.
Therefore, on behalf of the entire Ethereum ecosystem, I would like to express our deepest gratitude to Thailand and offer a symbol of friendship to express our profound respect for Thailand.
What gift can better express our gratitude to MooDeng - this surprising yet beloved celebrity on the national and international stage? Moo Deng not only brings us joy, but also shows us the miracles of life and the beautiful vision of harmony between human and nature.
More importantly, we hope to support her partners, including KhaMoo and other lovely members, as well as her home in the human world, the Kaikai Open Zoo.
I am honored to accept your invitation to become Moo Deng's foster father on her growth journey, and to donate no less than 10 million baht to the zoo in her name. This is both a wish for her future in the next two to three years, accompanying her every step towards adulthood, and a commitment to our shared future.

Hereby confirm: I, Vitalik Buterin, express my willingness to support the operation of the KaoKaiO Open Zoo, the wildlife adoption program, and contribute funds for the development of a dedicated exhibition for Moo Deng and its partners.
I will donate two sums of 5,000,000 baht (5 million baht) each. The first contribution will be paid on December 26, 2024. The date of the second donation and any additional amounts will be notified at a later date, but no later than one year to 26 December 2024.
How to donate: Cheque payable to the Kaukaeo Open Zoo Wildlife Adoption Program. In the case of a donation, I authorize Kaukaeo Open Zoo to use the funds for the purposes specified above until further notice. There are no conditions or restrictions attached to this donation.
