Based on disclosures from an 8-K filing submitted to the U.S. SEC, between July 13 and 17, the company bought 21 bitcoins at an average price of about $63,221. As of July 17, Strive had accumulated holdings of 19,921 BTC. Strive’s balance sheet also shows that the company holds 505,000 shares of Strategy STRC preferred stock (fair value of about $43.07 million) and approximately $157.4 million in cash, with extremely strong liquidity reserves.

·Continued increase in Ethereum holdings: Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: $BMNR). The company officially disclosed that it again increased its holdings by 7,430 ETH last week. As of July 19, 2026, its total Ethereum holdings rose to 5,777,468 ETH, about 4.8% of Ethereum’s total circulating supply. The total value of Bitmine’s held cryptocurrencies, cash, and other investment assets is approximately $11.5 billion (including $385 million in cash and marketable securities, 207 BTC, $180 million in Beast Industries equity, and $58 million in Eightco investments).
